They make nozzle extensions for your paint gun that should make it easier to reach those deep narrow areas. It made my paint jobs so much easier and cleaner.

I liked the way you balanced the wood base with the drawer pulls and inside shelves. Came out beautifully.
Tip: to stop it chipping, next time place masking tape over the cutting line before you cut.

It is great to see your kids are involved. My dad was a bit of a jack of all trades. He wasafurniture maker in his life, a chef at some point and he worked in a bakery when he was around 15-20. Sadly i developed the interest in certain things AFTER he had a stroke. My dad was great at pastry and many otyer things. When i had the interest he couldnt remember the "oldskool"(he was from 1934) recipes. I regret not learning from him.... So you're right to get them involved from a young age! I love to see that. Good job on the furniture flipping, great job on parenting ❤
I can relate in some ways, there are several things my dad tried to teach me that I didn’t see the value in at the time, and now I sure do wish I would’ve paid more attention! It’s definitely fun for us when any of them start taking interest in building things or writing music (a strength of Deans)! Thank you for the encouragement!

I think you would want a mitre saw first. They are so useful , and not quite as pricey as a table saw.😉

I've seen people put painters tape over the line you are going to cut through to help prevent chipping... And the just take the tape off after. Never tried it myself so don't know first hand if it really helps that much but hey I saw it on some woodworking TV shows when I was a kid so it must be true lol

Make yourself a Paulk work bench it will help your wood working skills, wear hearing and proper eye protection and gloves where possible. Your furniture work is outstanding and production excellent.

Great videos. My one point of advice is to reduce the headspace in the two shot of you guys talking on the couch. There's just way too much room above your heads in the shot. Otherwise it all looks great.

When you use the fushion paint in the sprayer do you add water to that ? The piece came out really great , your very advanced as a furniture designer , I haven’t even got to using a sprayer never mind all these tools ,😂
Nope! It's quite a bit thinner than most paints so I've never thinned it. And I started there too, I would borrow my (very generous) neighbors saw to make some basic cuts and used a brush and foam roller for any painting I did! Don't let the learning/growing process discourage you :)
