Just a helpful tip, when you use a circular saw to cut, you could put masking tape over your line (put your marks on top of the tape) and then cut to help keep the board from splintering/chipping out. might save you some time and dealing with putty and additional sanding
Good tip and also, use a "Trim" blade with 96 teeth versus the common 40-60 tooth blades. A bit of a pain to change it out every time but save it just for those delicate jobs - they're not cheap :)

I love the fact that there’s one less piece of furniture wasted in our over-polluted world…..and it’s such a classic, gorgeous design that it will maybe have another 50 years on the planet before someone decides to (hopefully) mend it and upcycle again.
Cannot believe people come to do thumbs down. They also rarely are brave enough to say why. Bad people find their way to good videos. If only we could ban them from the Net. When I saw that color I wasn’t impressed. When I saw the reveal… my jaw dropped! It’s absolutely stunning. I’m only working on my 2nd project, matching end tables. I hope I become more efficient in every way. Right now it feels like I’m making every mistake there is. Watching you really inspires me to get back to work.

Painters tape on that line before you cut the bottom might have helped some with chipping. I love watching you spray. Looking forward to unboxing my sprayer to try a clear coat on a little piece for my workshop.

Another flawless flip! The bones of this dresser are pretty amazing to begin with, but you took it to a unique level - The paint color is so gorgeous😍

Wow, what an update!! The only thing that I may have changed was to have the new base be the same paint color rather than wood stain, since the stain wasn't exactly the same as the drawers and it would have made the stained drawers really pop. Just a thought haha maybe for another flip.

Your son would have so much fun in a preschool a few hours each day. He could learn so much too.
He only just turned 4 recently, he gets to do part time preK next year though and is very excited! It may not be obvious from the videos, but I only work on furniture part of one day per week so we have plenty of time for at home learning and other activities too :)

can you go into more detail about how you modified the bottom for the base? i just love how it turned out!😊
For that corner I would have put 1 or 2 screws that stuck out about a 1/2 inch to use that as a skeleton for the bondo the same way you use rebar for concrete
