Loved the video! As someone who runs approx 700km per month (yes im a huge fan of running all year long 🥰), I have to tell you-you are doing great! The main goal is to learn how to run slow-not fast!, focus on the breathing and just dont rush. Also, I find running outside so much more fun (even now during the winter)! Time goes much faster when you run outside in the nature. Also the good playlist is crucial 😄 Take care!

I just searched the weather in Hungary. Oh my god, the temperature is 13 degrees Celsius higher than in Korea😮 The other day, it got down to minus 15 in Korea, which is really cold🥶 I can never eat this cold-weather nice cream. I'm currently wearing fluffy pajamas🥰

I wanted a vitamix so badly but I couldnt afford that so I went for this and it truly does everything and more perfectly. Its a magimix food processor 4200XL.
