I had similar experience growing up, always extremly skinny, but not on purpose nor I ever wanted to be that skinny, I remember wearing two leggings underneath my pants to not have so skinny legs, people always called me skeleton, and asked me if I am sick and have anorexia, but I ate normal, just had as you also said, fast metabolism. I also remembered now while I was watching your video that I also couldn't eat in a public space. My mom told me when I was very little (baby till maybe 6, 7 years old) I didn't want eat almost anything but french fries and mostly junk food, and as I was so skinny she gave it to me all the time and now as a full grown up adult I still have dificult time eating veggies and that is so frustrating. I watch so many what I eat in a day, and mostly I try new stuff but end up strongly disliking it and eat because it is healthy, but barely eating it. It is so dificult to find things that are healthy and also yummy for me, but I try. Before I ate mostly pasta, pizza and sandwiches. I would like to eat healthier and work out, but when I make healthy food I dislike it very much and end up hungry and than can't workout. Such a vicious cycle that I am trying to break but finding it very difficult for me unfortunately

Hey! I have the same problem right now. I went on a school trip a few days ago that lasted around ten hours. I hadn’t eaten since I left home at 6:30 am. When I got hungry I had to shove myself in a corner where nobody was looking so I could eat a piece of fruit, and when it was lunch time I ate nothing because I felt unable to eat in front of so many people. I was starving by the time I got home and I can never seem to eat peacefully during recess on regular school days.
It is okay to eat in front of people. If it is the messiness that makes you uncomfortable you can break it into bite sized pieces and if you are worried about food on your face or in your teeth you can keep a small mirror in your bag. I love to see people enjoying their food!!
Hi! You have no idea how much I understand what you are going through. There was a school trip when I was in high school, we had to sleep there for a night. I didn't have food for more than 24hrs, and I truly felt ill. I knew that I needed cahnge, but it was so hard. Understanding that this is something that is hard for you is already a first step towards letting go of the anxiety. Unofortunately, there is no magic spell on how to get better, but there are a few things that have helped me: 1. The 5 second rule: count backwards from 5 til 1, and then take a bite from any food you have. The counting will stop your fear because it is already a different action than just thinking of the fear itself. 2. that as much as your thoughts are overwhelming about what others would think, other people are the SAME. They care about what YOU would think of them. Everyone is their own centre of their universe and life, so remember this. People care more about themselves way more than what others do. When others are eating, maybe its a good time to eat as well because then you are less likely to "stand out" 3. The more you don't eat, the more anxious you will be because your blood sugar drops. If you cannot have a full meal, then have a protein bar w you or a bag of nuts. I used to eat nuts when I was scared of eating in public because that's somehow better. And make sure you drink something with calories in there. Normally I wouldnt say drink sugary things, but in this case, anything is better than nothing. 4. If this is really overwhelming, try opening up to your parents about it. You can see from my example, that this is so common. They can get you the support you need. 5. I know it is so hard. I know it can be all consuming. Just know that things will get better soon. Try to give yourself some loving, kind energy, because you deserve to eat, no matter what others might think. And before school starts make sure you eat a HUGE breakfast, that will help you feel energised for longer! I hope any of this was helpful. Many people have pointed this our for me already, but I'm not perfect, this my 100%...its been a long time since I truly enjoyed my workouts, and the past months I truly felt aligned with what I was doing. Im currently finishing my nutritionist degree :) writing up my dissertation til the end of summer so that's really what I'm doing for now! I don't live alone anymore. Used to, but moved back home so I can really focus on my studies and yt! But planning to move away as soon as I get my degree :)
I am sorry people say things out of their ass! For one they definitely have weight on them and two they won’t change but instead complain and bully others that look the way they wish. I was thin too, I ate a lot of whatever I wanted. I gained weight in all the right places lol but yes I had a fast metabolism too. Most people do when they workout the way you do. Not to mention people don’t realize what you are eating. Clearly you eat a Whole Food Plant based diet. I wish I would have ate this way in my twenties. I teach my kids this way of eating now that I have educated myself. If more people just changed their diet to Whole Foods they would lose so much weight. I did since I had two kids! Now if you add working out to that you will have an amazing body the way your personal body is supposed to look. You look perfect. That is your body. You know when you gain weight and when you are at where you are supposed to be. It’s annoying when you are thin and fit and say man I gained weight and people look at you and say you are so skinny blah blah blah they just can’t hear me. I have to restate it and say I’m fat for myself. We know our own bodies. You are beautiful sister♥️ You are very motivating and positive! Not to mention you make amazing meals!!!! Good job!!!! Keeping it simple but tasty! I already did my workout today but watching this video makes me want to throw on a resistance band and do some more lol I love you ❤
Maybe you could do a video with your brother. Since he's also vegan it would be fun to see what he eats in a day. And maybe a q and a together
