This seemed to be the episode of unintended catching. Going for Tarpon. catch a Jack. Going for Mangrove, catch a Sheepshead. I wonder what would happen if you targeted Ladyfish? Maybe hook a Blue Marlin? That Jack was a bruiser!

Probably a dumb question, but have you caught Goliath Grouper? I don't know why zip never moved to Florida. Fish Heaven!
I grew up in Cali catching monster Bass. Moved to Maryland. Fished pro sm tournaments for 5 years. Got bored with small fish. Then Northern Snakehead showed up. I'm hooked again. They get over 20 lbs here! So much fun to catch on top water with frog out of kayak!
