Hey hey, I'm a person who skipped classes just to get to Estonia and see this wonderful man taking what he deserves. Uku is an amazing performer, an experienced and genuine artist. I was at the arena during the final and I can say that his voice literally filled the whole space. It was outstanding. Only Jaagup managed to do the same. These two guys were the strongest this year. But Estonian people made their choice, let's respect that. I do think it is a good one. Why everything should be about the victory? This attitude is common for my country, Russia, and I don't support it. Eurovision is about diversity, about important messages, artists and their songs. Estonian entry is very Uku style, why should he try to be someone else just to get votes? He will represent his country, in which, I believe, he is loved and he will also be there as a singer showing Europe his art. It's a beautiful opportunity for Uku. I'm so glad that many people will get to know him and then support him in his further career. He touches hearts - that's for sure. And this is also the most important thing. I absolutely agree with everything you guys said in this reaction video. I only want people to see PERFORMANCE, not just a SONG. In modern Eurovision these two aspects cannot be separated. No doubt that Uku already delivers his song beautifully. Let's stay tuned for the staging, we do have reasons to expect some changes! (Briefly about result prediction: it is a potential qualifier. Will do just fine with juries + Eastern European voting + Greece + The Baltic States + Scandinavia - Sweden... You know. The rest is unpredictable from my perspective 😂)

He was not my favourite to win, but I am extremely proud to have him representing the country my family comes from.
How did they choose this above Beautiful Lie... this song is incredibly cheesy. It’ll be lucky to qualify. Beautiful Lie would of had so much staging potential and would have scored high I think.
Beautiful lie was a total ripoff from B Eilish. would have been embarrassing to send that to competition. additionaly Jaagup can not really sing well either. maybe he can go in a few years.

I am glad that Uku won tonight, it was the only result that went my way tonight. Hated Jaagup because it was a total rip-off of "Arcade" with a smattering of "Beautiful Mess" thrown in. We don't like copycats!!
The competition was very weak this year. Even if beautiful lie won, we still wouldn't get in top 10. We don't have any good taste in music. But I guess one of the reasons it was picked is because Kirkorov wrote the song, so it has a potential to have a good staging. But it does sound a bit outdated for some reason, not that I'm bothered by it, but Lot of people might be.
I guess they are so busy with making random interviews and reactions with people from the preselection of the preselection of a pre preselection so that they forget that there are countries who actually have chosen their final entry... 🤦🏻♂️
Estonia probably has chosen the best looking guy, but certainly not the best song. I am well aware of the fact, that "Beautiful Lie" somehow sounded like a mash-up of "Arcade" by Duncan Laurence and "When the party's over" by Billie Eilish with a twist of "Beautiful Mess" by Kristian Kostov - so what...there is a german saying which could be translated into "Better a good copy than a bad reinvention". And Jaagup Tuisk stands out and would have attracted a lot of people while "What is Love" does not have any "recognition value". And I doubt, that people will call just to see Uku's eyes and body again. And the song will definitely not do well with the juries. That's what you call a missed chance....
I genuinely like how cheesy and old school Uku's song is. One of the main reasons I voted for him, though, is that he had one of the best performances - no voice cracking, no looking uncomfortable on the stage and so on... (His staging needs work tho) In the end I don't really care if the songs we send to eurovision are winning material, I just want the songs to be performed well. Also it's good that Jaagup didn't win, he has graduation exams during eurovision time anyway lol

I don't even know why there's a controversy, none of these 3 songs would qualify. At least this one will have the Kirkorov clout with the Eastern juries and has an outside chance. What I really would want, myself, is for Estonia to magically become Hungary overnight, but short of that nothing offered here has any chance whatsoever.
Jaagup definitely deserved to win this. Uku had a good song & voice but Jaagup had a better one. He may have had to work a bit on his vocals but he didn't have much to do. As good as Uku was, this seems very anti-climactic.
To say that this song is good is like trying to draw blood from a rock. Just because a song is at eurovision doesn’t mean it’s good. Sorry nothing against Estonia but let’s be honest and call out a “meh song” when we see one.

My prediction on performance is that it's going to be enough of an earworm to get some televotes, and have enough technical skill needed to impress some jurors, and will barely squeak into the final. I'm guessing a mid table sort of finish. High right side or something.
Confused at William's comment who didnt like Jaagup's silent moments but he likes Roxen's Alcohol You which is also has silent moments... 🤔 Uku's song is a borderline qualifier and would not have made it out of Semi-Final 1
