What a deep voice Blackie has! I’m from Russia, I heard W.A.S.P. in 1985, what I liked the most was the track where “... I want to be somebody”! it was banned, of course, but we still listened to it on vinyl, cassettes and fans!
Fantastic interview! Blackie rules! Looking forward to seeing W.A.S.P. live later this year!
@@LawlessHellion Thanks for tuning in. I hope to catch WASP this time around. Missed them last year…
Thank You for posting this interview George! I Always enjoy listening to Blackie!! I Have Been a W.A.S.P. Fan Since '84 I can not wait to see them in Minneapolis!
@@stacyusselmann8428 Thank you for tuning in. Can’t say enough nice things about Blackie. Even took extra time to talk more history. I’m hoping to catch them here in MA. I had to drive to CT to see them 20 years ago…
WASP was a bing inspiration when I was starting out playing music in the late 80s. I don't think a lot of people understood the humor and theatrics as well as musicianship as a complete package though. They had their own thing for sure.
I absolutely love Blackie's down to earthiness besides him being one of my favorite artists of all time.I'm seeing W.A.S.P in November & cannot wait!
Thank you both for this interview & I've newly subbed💝
@@5thhousesoul thank you for tuning in
