Wow, awesome video!!! So stoked to have my bike showcased like this. Memory keeper for sure. Loving this bike and it handled the 2000 miles I rode over the previous 2 weeks amazingly.

Good stuff team. My first Gold Wing was an 84 two-tone wineberry GL1200 Interstate. Loved it. Then a pearl white 96 GL1500 LE loved that too. Today an ultra blue 22 DCT Tour Airbag. A game changer. Great times. Life is good. Thank you special people for your contributions to the motorcycling lifestyle and community. Safe travels and smiles back at you. A safe Labor Day weekend too.

I bought an ‘85 Limited four years ago, has given great service. It’s capable and comfortable enough but is a heavy old beast at 900 lbs. and not near as nimble as the 2004 Wing I got this year. Same weight, different ride altogether.

Sounds like you’re a person that appreciates classic gold wing style -
Riding a big bike has unique challenges and it interesting to see and feel the changes in design and handling thru the years.
Thanks for watching and taking time to comment-
Maybe your 2004 will be a wing of the week!

I got an 85 gl about 4 years ago. After a week I decided it was too heavy. I like my bobber. So 4 years later my woman said ,I wanna ride w you. So the choice was obvious. Got a 89 gl1500. Drove it 3500 miles in 10 days 11 states without issue. Thats 1 week after purchase. I got hooked. I now own a 82 naked gl. Next I want a 98+ with a trailer
