Hello I’ve just found your channel. I need to make my first wedding cake and it needs to be a tiered choc mud cake with white chocolate ganache between all the layers and the outside will be semi naked. Can I whip this to make it fluffy but also add a little purple and white to make it really white? Thanks 😊
Does it set hard?
Can you use this for a cake under fondant
Do i have to mix the ganache if i want to use it as frost? Or can i use it as it is
Nice

Has anyone made this? How did it turn out?
All the ganache recipes online are for winters or for really cold weather only.
