I checked into it & was pleased 1st time I saw the Coat of Arms. love the green & gold. Lettermacaward was mentioned in Grandpa's papers. loved Clannad for years in my youth. Enya became popular in USA while I was in college.
I'm Welsh and speak Welsh but I love the Gaeltacht; sometimes listen to RTE in the car-makes more sense than BBC Radio 4- I ascertained one word- Agos (?);in Welsh-'Close'; apparently it means 'and' in the Gaelic; not the most useful in any conversation !
this was very interesting. but i do think the war in ukraine was started by putin. and the train through the country side would be lovely but in the absence of that donegal has the local link, wonderful bus circuits!
