I haven't even touched my PS1 Classic yet with any mods cause I've been patiently waiting for it to reach a certain production level that has most of the issues worked out and this is the one I'm gonna start with! :)

Ran across a couple of ps1 games that the start button didn't work. I changed the gui over from the built in console version to pops emulator under those games and fixed the issue.
This is why my wife gets mad. You always post great videos that cause me to spend more money! One love Ron!

How did you get the box art for all the older systems. I've been doing research and can't find any answers. I've got tons of games all nes.snes turbo graphix. Genesis. Just looking on how to get the box art now

Wow this looks great! I'm actually currently unzipping the 128 gig Beta 2 build from your other video...I'm curious if I should stop what I'm doing and download this one, or is there a way to upgrade to Beta 3 once I install what I'm working on.
@Big White Duck I figured it out...Ron actually explains it and it's in the readme file too. I installed beta 3... then copied all the games and roms from the previous build. Easy peasy

when i use retroarch the icons for the systems dont show up and i dont know how to fix it it doesnt read the right way

With the 128G build, it freezes the machine up at Updating regional.db, just after I press X to update the games for the first time.

Hey guys is anyone else having the same issue that Drastic can't appear. When retroboot loads up it erases the DS folders?

Can you SHOW us your physical set up using the “AuviPal 2-in-1 Micro USB Cable (OTG Cable + Power Cable)” that you recommend? I’m using a powered usb hub with micro USB and it won’t power up my PS classic... I want to see it work, before I purchase?
I bought it from his link, so I have been using the AuviPal one for about 2 weeks now. I don't know exactly what you are wanting to see, but it's really straight forward. Have a charging usb cable, plug it into the female side of the OTG cable. Plug in your USB drive on the full size usb port. Then plug the male micro side directly into the back of the Playstation Classic.
In other words, plug in your usb drive into the middle of the OTG cable. Then have it go inbetween the Playstation Classic, and the Power cable.

everything is correct on my usb but nothing happens when plugged in to the ps classic. any help?

Found the wallpaper background in the location: retroarch\assets\wallpapers\bichromatic pads\1440x900. I use the sony playstation one by changing background in settings

Question this might come across as stupid but im new too this.... but if i buy the true blue mini usb to use can i still do the auto bleem thing aswell and create a usb of all my own games but then still use the true blue at a different time?

No offense to mlp but not seeing the point of a review for something and having people guess where to find it. I understand the reason for not providing a link but at least guide us in the general direction on how to find it. Great review but tempting us with it and not directing us where to locate it. There is two MagnusRc builds. 180&128gb. Im going to get bigger one.
Does it emulate the game properly now?
Lots of games work right now. They are still working on getting everything sorted. But it works very very well for a $20 device
@@vkhelldog well i mean i have the nes and snes mini, and i have a shield tv. Though i plan on picking up the genesis mini, this one just seems meh
if you want the games to work properly dont bother with autobleem get bleemsync it has a feature to run retroarch from the stock ui so you have the covers and everything like autobleem and an actually good emulator
I've tried AutoBleem v0.6.0 beta 2 128GB usb it worked when testing couple games but it keeps crashing when i downloaded 100GB of games keeps stopping at select game names
Probably need a better power supply. Did you upgrade otg kernel?
@@vkhelldog did not use otg just plugged usb into joypad slot it.. going to try it with latest build. if not will try bleemsync.. it don't matter if bricks console I've got 2 of them. got another one from prime day sale £16 :)
@@tonybone1889 Go for the otg cable for the usb drive. The front usbs can starve a working drive of power.

That's a kernel level deal. Use bleemsync and update kernel. Now you have otg. I use autobleem on a ntfs drive now thanks to the kernel update.
@@vkhelldog Thanks wanted to know if bleemsync's was conditional or worked on any autobleem build.
They need to set it up to were the game could launch using Retroarch from it's own UI. This would fix the controller issue. I like Autobleems UI better than RetroArch's. I'm waiting to update once they have a decent way to use analog controllers.
There are only two and they are working hard on lots of this stuff we all want
@@vkhelldog Yes, but I just explained how to easily fix the analog. If the controller can be mapped in the UI then it should work. Even without analog because it doesn't need it or least the right analog. Remapping it to the Dpad is fine in that case. But if the game loads after that into retroarch, then the analog can be mapped in it's emulator. This would make it appear seamless.
Plus, retroarch's emulation is better. I'm talking about just using autobleem's UI as a front end loader. Everything is there, it just needs to be implemented.
I believe Bleemsync works like this, but it's UI can't handle large collections like Autobleem. Autobleem's UI is amazing, and I want to use it. I also want analog.

No. But yeah at the same time. This particular build i used in the video is Yannicks latest psc ver2 128gb build with things removed and stuff added from my own build and a handful of things from the RPG Build. Then the new 128gb Retroboot build from Yannick. The retroboot is a standalone build but I combined it with Beta 3. So its several builds in 1.
