Mhok deserved an apology too…everyone behaved as if it was only mhok’s fault , no one cared that this was a trigger for him, he was traumatized after losing his sister and he didn’t want to relive that with day by leaving him alone

I didn’t like how mhok took all the blame for the breakup and had to apologize twice for it…it felt like everyone got the chance to heal but him,no one actually validated his fear of loosing someone he loves and helped him thru it,he was forced to be alone AGAIN and deal with everything by himself…sweet sweet mohk the fact that he grew up alone but turned out to have a golden heart,he never held grudges for anyone :/

In the end credits, they showed every photo that Day took when he couldn't see...that was such a nice touch.
No other BL can measure upto Last Twilight. Its in its own league, no series out there could be compared with this show. I am in love with every second of LT. The plot, the pacing, the cast, the chemistry, the cinematography, the writing - everything about this show was insanely perfect. Thank you each and everyone involved for blessing us with such a masterpiece.

Man I'm never gonna forget about this series. I love how Last Twilight gave us a really strong message that, no matter how hard life gets and no matter what circumstances we fall into, we should never stop looking for hope. As Day said, "True blindness is the inability to see hope." Jimmy and Sea, and the entire support cast are amazing actors. Thank you GMMTV for this purely beautiful masterpiece.
I think the show would have been perfect if they had shown Day taking some accountability. The way they framed it that Mhok did something wrong and had to be forgiven really rubbed me the wrong way. And in the end, Mhok was the one who apologized and Day didn't apologize for anything. Going into the last episode, I thought that maybe we would get some more insight on Day's feelings and am disappointed that we didn't. I wanted to see him really reflect on the breakup and what Mhok went through, but it feels like he never even thought about how Mhok felt. Also, the way he pushed Mhok away a second time and then just suddenly changed his mind after the wedding also rubbed me the wrong way. It made it feel like he made a decision on a whim and didn't value Mhok's feelings and all that he had done for him. I think if there was a scene where Mhok opened up about the pain he felt losing his family and how the way Day left him was retraumatizing and Day apologized, the series would be perfect. I just can't help but feel bad for Mhok.
I completely agree. I never felt like Mhork actually pitied Day, he was just overprotective because he didn't want to lose him the same way he lost his sister. He even clearly explained those feelings during the breakup scene. I get that the breakup maybe gave him the time that he didn't have while in prison and caretaking to work through those feelings , but I would have loved if Day at least admitted that he was also in the wrong

I agree. It left an odd wrong feeling, especially since we saw Mhok absolutely breaking down. I would have really liked Day to know how much he hurt Mhok and take responsibility for how his (completely valid and understandable) insecurity affected someone who cared about him. Wish they'd added that into an otherwise perfect series.

My TOP 5 favorite things about this series:
1st JimmySea (visuals, acting, chemistry all checks)
2nd the wholesome inspiring story of Mhok and Day
3rd OST (unforgettable OST)
4th Sea's "Phi Mhok" (everytime he says it it sounds so full of love and happiness)
5th Night's unconditional and undying love to his brother, mother, wife and even to his non biological daughter.

The ending is the happiest ending I have ever seen. Thanks to P'Aof and all the people who worked behind this masterpiece. JimmySea have done a great job by being MhokDay and this series gonna be the biggest turning point in their acting career. It's sure that this series gonna make history and collect many awards. Actually I'm not ready to say goodbye and my Fridays are not the same anymore without them. Hope to see them again na🥲❤️

2) day is so selfish , gaslighting and spoiled , blames everyone but himself and even breaking up and blocking mohk for what ? Such a bad ending it's almost disgusting

"Last Twilight" has undoubtedly become the best Thai BL drama I've ever watched. The storyline is captivating, the acting is exceptional, and the cinematography is impressive. I was genuinely drawn into the well-written narrative, and both Sea and Jimmy did an amazing job portraying their characters, leaving a lasting impact. Their on-screen chemistry added an extra layer of authenticity to the storyline. I'm eagerly looking forward to future dramas featuring Sea and Jimmy, as their performances in "Last Twilight" have set a high standard for Thai BL entertainment.

The story line, acting, casts, director, OST and cinematography were perfectly blended. Everyone of them were great but wanna highlight on mrs.chef-(mom) who was the strongest character from my POV. As a single mom, she successfully nurtured her sons into humble individuals. She accepted Night and Day as who they are, night marrying a women with a child and Day going out with a guy. Regardless of the challenges she faced, she dedicated herself to her sons, ensuring that she treated them both equally and without favoritism. Most heart warming was how she accepted Porjai as daughter in-law and the blessing was above all thanking for giving porjai herself a second chance. Even a forgiving person(husband). Its a series with many great moral, for me it would be "world will be a beautiful place if all of us accepts each other's differences like that of TWILIGHT". Hats off to the writer.

Last Twilight will forever be imprinted in my mind. No BL has ever affected me as much as LT did! Every episode was perfect, the acting the cinematography, the script, the story, it was all perfect. Tbh before, I wasn't a fan of their breakup, I felt it was out of character and thought it was used to create drama but now that I watched EP12 and thought about it, it made sense. Mhok was too attached to Day as his caretaker. He had unreasonable fears like when he heard someone had a car accident and thought it was Day. He was traumatized because of what happened to his sister. Yes, Day could have handled it better and he could have communicated better with Mhok but he also had his own flaws and he wasn't perfect, and being apart helped them both, althought Mhok was all alone and that part was heartbreaking.
I'm gonna miss this show so much, it did things to me! I can't explain how beautiful and unique it is. What a story! I love JimmySea, I hope we get to see more of them in the future. PLEASE PLEASE GMMTV CAST MORE OF JIMMYSEA PLEASEEE!!!! MUCH LOVE TO YOU FOR BRINGING US THIS GEM!! THANK YOU P'AOF AND THE WHOLE CAST AND CREW 😍😍😍 I'LL NEVER FORGET LAST TWILIGHT 😭😭😭

This show was an all rounder. From writing to cinematography, from musical to direction, from the acting to chemistry, everything was perfect. P'Aof again did it. im so happy they let day get a character development after the first surgery didn't work out but at the end he did get his sight back, truly one of my favorite parts of the whole show other than the fact that mohkday singlehandedly made this show one of the best bls to exist
Last Twillight has marked best opening for BL series from GMMTV in 2024. Storyline, character and acting is top notch. Kudos to P'Aof and Last Twillight team!!
Saying that it is the best BL series is an understatement, Last Twilight IS THE BEST SERIES OF ALL, thanks to JimmySea for that incredible chemistry 💙💜 all the emotions they made me feel were immense, I can't imagine anyone else playing these characters other than you, I love you so much and I'm so happy to see you grow and that you are getting the recognition you deserve, finally P'Aof thank you for always giving us such wonderful series.

I remember people debating if Day should stay blind.
But P’Aof gave us both. Day finding happiness and living independently despite being visually impaired.
Also getting his vision back at the end. (Satisfying both side, those wanting him to get back his vision and those who don’t)
Definitely the most wholesome BL series I have watched.

This show is a Masterpiece! I loved it, Mhok was one of the greenest flags ever, Day was such a delightful main character, the growth of all the characters was great. The case did an outstanding job portraying their characters, Jimmy and Sea, Mark, Namtan and the rest of the cast and crew should be proud of bringing such an incredible and beautiful story to life!!! I will definitely miss Last Twilight but I hope others enjoy it as much as I did!
With so few exceptions, the script went logically from point A to point B to point Z to point AA, etc. to the end. The supporting characters of the mother, Night and Porjai were so important all the way through, not just hangers-on or comic relief. Night was doing what he could all along to help the resistant Day without Day knowing it. Porjai was the sounding board for Mhok and the person who helped him get over the loss of his sister. The mother was a serious problem at first, partly because she was dealing with the memory of her own experience. Finally, she started to see her children's (and Mhok's) lives from their point of view, and became a valuable and trusted adviser. Her statement that "this is normal love which involves risks," was brilliant. (Thank you, writers.)
I must mention the hilarious and suspenseful scenes as Night, Day and Porjai are chasing down Mhok in the wedding car, no less. I am glad the writers and director gave Porjai that wonderful scene with the airport information counter lady. I have to admit that, unless I missed something, it was not clear to me how Night knew Mhok had returned to the wedding reception room. We might have guessed that, considering his hesitancy at the check-in counter and never having seen him actually get on the plane, but how did Night know?
The whole story is about second chances, giving them and not giving them. Considering that the father was not at the family gathering at the picnic table, he has lost his second chance, particularly since it had already been such a long time, and he didn't do with his wife what Mhok did, which was to come back to try to win back Day. He came back, as he says, to take part in his son's wedding, not to reconcile with his wife. Porjai gives love a second chance. Day gives Night a second chance. Day and Mhok give each other a second chance.
The acting was extraordinary throughout. Sea and Kun must have studied extensively to learn "how to be blind". Also Jimmy, on how to give care to the blind. The early scenes where Day is disoriented made me shudder in fear. So well done, to show the sighted among us what a nightmare what we consider to be the simplest actions in our complex world become, when suddenly you have to confront the world without the sight you depended on. Then, however, you learn to cope better and better, and the world becomes less scary, which gradually occurred with Day and already happened with Aon. (Are we ever told if Aon has been blind since birth?)
Over on the right on my webpage, there's a link to episode 1, part 1. I know I'll be going there someday and reliving all the tears and laughter again. Every now and then, we get reminded about how a fictional account of the lives of strangers can make us care more deeply about the people in it than we do about most people in our daily lives whom we never get to know so well. After watching the series, I wish the characters in it were people I knew in real life.

Am I the only one a bit disappointed that his sight came back? It was a happy ending just having them back together. It would have been even more profound for them to go forward learning to love and live as a couple with one partner blind, in my opinion. Either way, this was a beautiful program. ❣As usual, cannot wait to see what P'Aof does next.

This is not just a series this is emotion . This series is truly a masterpiece the acting, dialogue, chemistry, ost, and everything is just so perfect. Thank you for this masterpiece. I just want to write something down since I’m seeing a lot of misunderstandings on this…Guys the scene where Day talks about his life amidst the dilemma and how he forgot what it meant to live a normal life, is not referring to how his life was when he was blind but it’s referring to how his life was before he saw any hope and before he accepted his condition and reality! That’s why he’s referencing Mee because we know how in the novel she disappeared before she started to chase the light and before she finally turned into stone and never disappeared again! Day made himself disappear just like Mee, he gave up on life before Mhok entered his! That was his dilemma and that’s why his life wasn’t normal anymore, not because of blindness but because he denied himself a chance to live.

Even with the unmet expectations, I want to commend this series. It showed various aspects and angles of life.
Traumas. Single moms having the chance to enter a well family. People who are undergoing eye disabilities being able to be portrayed and well understood by others. Second chance. Forgiveness. Mother's love. Brother's love. Career over love. And many more.
It's such a great film that opened and expanded my understanding of life. For a moment, I wanted to feel Day's feeling when he was able to see again. Just a spark of hope that I can see a ray of hope when I thoight that I won't be able to move and keep on going on.
Compliments to the team, you made such a great film here.
I writing this Comment to remind myself not now but later in the future that how Happy i was watching this drama. This show has left an unbreakable impression in my heart and Whole BL industry. I cannot explain what i am feeling right now as the Show has come to it's end but one thing i am sure is that no show can replace this show in my heart. Everything about Last Twilight was Epic. It's Direction, cast, cinematography, OST, slice of life, and Pure love without any expectation. I loved it. Esta serie tiene tantos momentos significativos, que de verdad te hacen ver la vida de otra manera, te hace apreciar cosas tan insignificantes como poder ver una flor, el cielo o a las personas que amas, te hace darte cuenta que a veces dar las cosas por sentado no es lo correcto, aferrarte a alguien o algo no te hace bien, que sacrificar cosas algunas veces es lo mejor, aunque duela, al final nada será para siempre y que dar una segunda oportunidad es correr riesgos, pero el que no arriesga no gana.

Sea is crazy talented for potrayting Day's charcter. I can't even imagine how hard it was to potray a blind person.. his acting didnt even look unnatural. He deserves more recognition.

Last Twilight was truly a masterpiece. From the acting, to the soundtrack, to the cinematography, it has truly proven to be the best BL or even series in general of 2023-2024. I truly applaud everyone that partook in the making of this series because I don't think I'll ever find a series that will top this for the time being. They truly deserve all the recognition and all the success.

What I loved the most in this drama was how Sea acted as a blind person. He nailed it. I have seen blind people and they always squint their eyes. It may be because they can't decide whether to open their eyes or close them as either option leads to only darkness. It is not that hard for an actor to do that. But sometimes you can forget about it as you're not a blind person. However, Sea never showed any lack. That's why I say he really nailed it.

LAST TWILIGHT is literally the best bl series ever made. It delivers so many good things. It shows how pure love is despite what the relationship is. Disabled people are just normal humans like us and they also deserve the same type of love. People with good intentions can maintain a pure relationship with anyone (like Mhok and Porjai even tho they were ex-lovers). Everyone deserves to get a second chance in life to love themselves and others. This series portrayed everything so beautifully.

This is one of the best if not the best BL from gmmtv. Not one dull moment. All of the relationships here are so wholesome. Between Night and Porjai , Mhok and Porjai, p'Aon and his wife, Day and his friends Gee and August, Mom with her family, all of them are so special. Mhok has to be the best greenflag boyfriend ever. Jimmy and Sea performed beyond expectations. Best work. ❤❤❤❤
I can't believe this is over. There are TEARS STREAMING DOWN MY FACE. Where do I begin?? This is the best BL I have ever watched and is now my ultimate comfort series, Every single detail in this show makes me heart quiver. I love this show for everything it is, and I'm forever so thankful to P'Aof for making this masterpiece, I will forever hold this dear to my heart and I'm actually losing my mind. JimmySea demonstrated the most insane performance in this series and I'm so shocked by how much their acting has improved because not a single second in this series wasn't just worth the watch, I'm so grateful to all of the staff and all of the crew who worked on making this wonderful show. I will forever absolutely adore Mhok and Day, and all of the characters for once again raising the standard and for the valuable lesson that we've learned about hope from this show. It's truly magical and I will never ever forget this, I hope Last Twilight wins many many awards and is the beginning of a wonderful road for BLs to have more representation. Have been waiting since Novemeber of 2021 and it is so worth the wait, now excuse me while I cry. Goodbye, Nong Las.

It has come to an end. The best bl series I've ever watched and will always be my favorite comfort series. The characters, the plot, the story, all are beautiful and portrayed well. Job well done! To everyone who asked for a different ending, as someone in the medical field, I can say it’s literally a dream come true for patients to get ANY organ transplant. Why people are romanticizing health impairments is beyond me. He showed he was happy and capable while blind too. This is literally THE BEST ending anyone could’ve asked for 🫶

Actually, as being short-sighted myself, being able to see Day get his eye donation in the end, as he had always hoped to since the day he lost his eyesight, was such a beautiful and perfect ending. My condition is bound to get worse day by day and I'll probably have to wear glasses forever, but Day had a chance and he never let go of it. That's why I'm so proud of JimmySea, of this drama and of this perfect ending.
