Wow! Im late but this great. I love when people are creative for their weddings. I created a few things for my wedding 8 yrs ago but many guest didnt understand that diy is supposed to be unusual and unique. 🙃
This was such an amazing live!! Happy Wedding Day! Melissa's sunflower was incredible and I really love the mason jars. The wedding will be special. And speaking of 19 yr olds marrying: we hit our 45th anniversary this past May.
Lisa Roth you know, I think it was more simple back en. Then the 80s took us to waiting longer, the early 2000s nobody was marrying, and finally it seems the trend is back to younger. It is interesting. Congratulations on your long successful marriage!!
Oh my gosh. Love Melissa’s sunflower! I think this is my favorite Friday Live so far! Going to jump over to Debis page to watch the ladies do the lettering later! Love your jars that you did too, Debi! Have fun at Ellie’s wedding!
Thanks for your live Friday videos! A great end to the week. I heard you talk about your itinerary in Paris, and I HOPE y'all are going to Sainte Chappelle. I was so lucky to go to France in 2002, and I have never forgotten the exquisite beauty of that place. The color is almost too much to take, and the stained glass windows are overwhelmingly beautiful. The little chapel was built to hold Christian relics, and is near Notre Dame. It is open every day except October 16. I just googled this! Just had to tell you, as I tell everyone going to Paris. It is so worth it, especially for color lovers like all of us DIY people.
Melissa, that sunflower is beautiful! 🌻 All of you ladies are so talented! I missed the live and it took me all day to get through your video! I love it. ❤
Ohhhh myyyy gosh.... I love that sunflower Melissa is painting. I love sunflowers. I did a raised stencil large sunflower on a wall but haven't painted it yet because am afraid. I may attempt now and then rewatch a paint one on a piece of glass of an old frame.... just beautiful. Great tutorial.
Wow, love the sunflower in the window, love the mannequin, and I love all of you ladies. thank you for sharing and inspiring. Congrats on the wedding Best Vicky
Day off so while my apple cake is cooking , sitting down and watching old videos, so funny hearing about Paris coming with out you knowing what’s coming 😂🤗 and no idea of Covid 🥴🤗 and the wedding planning 💕💐💕🌸💕
Debbie, first of all I love your videos second I use Argon Oil for my wrinkles. It's safer than Botox, and it works in conjunction with Collegen Serum. I bought DIY Clear Wax and I love it. I make sculpted eggs and use the wax to seal the eggs. Thank you for all the information you've given me through the years.
Got a call today from Tacoma Antique Mall in Tacoma letting me know that our DIY retailer got more new product in. Including my Liquid Sunshine 🌻 can’t wait 😊 happy to be catching up with you awesome boho babes
AutumnHeather I am in Gig Harbor, just looked today to find a dealer. Watching them is so much fun I was considering opening a retail business just so I could sell them!
Aww...stil watching videos from way back.. It's was só hard to hear you look so forward to that France trip that turned out to be what it was, those video's I already watched. My heart just fluttered a bit now with sadness, but hey... all's well that ends well right. Shame, shoo... Melissa that sunflower is unbelievable... Bless all you guys... 🦋🇿🇦
am I the only one who thinks some of the projects look amatureish. The mannaquin with all the applicays is so well done and beautiful. As far as the window with the yellow flower........doesn't look like a sunflower at all
I’m from Edmonton Alberta Canada have you made appliqué using acrylic caulking if so how to attach to furniture. Debi I thought you were in you were in your mid 30s you look great.
I appreciate you Debi, your creativity, honesty, and kind heart are very endearing. Please forgive me if my comment about starting a DIY factory in Syd was unhelpful for you (and unintentionally pushy). I'm sorry. You are valued and appreciated, a beautiful person, inside and out (and already achieving amazing goals in life, one step at a time). Have fun preparing for your niece's wedding. Thank you for inspiring many people. From Fiona
Have you thought about maybe hiring someone in UK or Australia to receive large shipments of paint & then distribute it for you overseas, it may be cheap enough to ship a crate via boat, etc. You have probably thought about this but I thought I would mention it. I know some oversea's seller work with a person in the US the same way......
Rachel Andréa It’s a sample to show customers how amazing the molds and the clay are :-) I’m sorry it’s not for sale but you can totally make one for yourself not hard at all :-)
Cool to see you all here! I bought some mermaid goodies on my way back to Sonoma Co/Bay Area yesterday! Great shopping visit! I have lots of DIY paint to buy for a giant dresser! Thanks for the adorable videos :)
Debie! You ate NOT already in your 50's! You look way younger! BTW love your channel. Wish i was out of work during your live broadcasting but i watch it as soon as I'm out!
Debi, I want to become a retailer, looking for a brick and mortar in California. I so love DIY Paint. I am also traveling to Guadalajara and did some painting while I was here. I didn't bring any DIY Paint because I wasn't sure if I could bring in on the airlines. But I love to paint to I used some paint down here, which is kind cool but not DIY. Anyway, I would love to sell it here in Guadalajara -- Zapopan Centro. I have access to a small shop. Would love to sell DIY Paint, IOD and Jami Ray Stamps. Oh and of course Paint Pixie brushes. There are so may artist here in Mexico... I know it might be hard to be able to sell out of country but might be worth it. Oh and the antiques/vintage here are fantastic.
Blue Cotton By Kammy I agree, more likely a two part resin, which might be another term for epoxy. That said, I got pretty durable results on my “temporary “ counter top using regular acrylic paint and water based polyurethane. Unfortunately there is nothing more permanent than a temporary solution, so it has been in use for about ten years...sigh.
For a counter top you would want at least a polyurethane topcoat. But for creative counters, I love what Stone Coat brand does. They have a you tube channel.
Loved your vids so much more when it was you, telling your stories, and making, things beautiful. Your vids seem to busy with the other people . Not as enjoyable . Xx
Love the sunflower window and the vases turned out so well.
Wow! Im late but this great. I love when people are creative for their weddings. I created a few things for my wedding 8 yrs ago but many guest didnt understand that diy is supposed to be unusual and unique. 🙃

Glad you answered the question about exporting your paint to other countries. Add New Zealand to that list of countries who would like your paint!

Love the boho wedding look.
I really miss the older video format.
Missy & Stephanie were great
Lovin the sunflower Melissa!

Does Bigtop coat over transfers well? Does it make the transfers lift or become brittle?
@ Ampersanduniquegifts
buy the spray shellac and use it on the window frames - it will get rid of the smell. Same brand that Jami Ray uses.
Awe, I miss the lives with Stephanie & Melissa
I’m from Edmonton Alberta Canada have you made appliqué using acrylic caulking if so how to attach to furniture. Debi I thought you were in you were in your mid 30s you look great.
We in Australia feel so jealous that we aren't able to by your paint here.
How many arrangements do you have to make and why do you have to paint the jars
I’m Marcy first timer from Edmonton Canada asking about using acrylic caulking for making appliqué

Fiona de Vries nothing to forgive Fiona💕 I really appreciate you watching :-)
@@DebisDesignDiary Thank you ❤
I like this location best. Maybe do one project at a time. Could hear and see and focus better with this video.
I'm new to chalk paint and late to the party! How is DIY different from, say Folk Art chalk paint?
Have you thought about maybe hiring someone in UK or Australia to receive large shipments of paint & then distribute it for you overseas, it may be cheap enough to ship a crate via boat, etc. You have probably thought about this but I thought I would mention it. Little Ellie is getting married?your sweet little niece that helped you in your videos I guess a couple of years ago? 😱👏😊😍
OH.....MY.....WORD...!!!! That mannequin will haunt my creative fantasies FOREVER! Is it for sale?
Rachel Andréa It’s a sample to show customers how amazing the molds and the clay are :-) I’m sorry it’s not for sale but you can totally make one for yourself not hard at all :-)
@@DebisDesignDiary yes! I totally understand! Can I please have a list of every mold used on this piece? Pretty Please with a cherry on top!
Bronco colors orange & blue
You don't look like you are in your 50's at all! And You do have the best paint!
Did you use clear wax before the dark wax on the mannequin
Never mind, I didn’t watch til you answered..
I'm the same.. If I became a millionaire i'd still go looking around flea markets for a bargain, for the fun of it..
i realize Im kinda off topic but does anyone know a good website to stream newly released tv shows online ?
I used hot glue in a mold and could not get the hardened glue out without damaging it because it had melted to the mold I guess. Not sure.
the mannequin!!! 💗💗💗
I have a question I don't understand why you painted the jars several different colors when all you can see is the last color
Cool to see you all here! I bought some mermaid goodies on my way back to Sonoma Co/Bay Area yesterday! Great shopping visit! I have lots of DIY paint to buy for a giant dresser! Thanks for the adorable videos :)
Is there going to be a live video today, ladies? 🤔
Definitely ribbon or twine or both lol
Facil flex bands😊
Where did you get the mannequin?
Debie! You ate NOT already in your 50's! You look way younger! BTW love your channel. Wish i was out of work during your live broadcasting but i watch it as soon as I'm out!

Can you show us the pumpkin that’s behind her on the floor
I would think you would need to put some type of epoxy on a countertop over DIY.
Blue Cotton By Kammy I agree, more likely a two part resin, which might be another term for epoxy. That said, I got pretty durable results on my “temporary “ counter top using regular acrylic paint and water based polyurethane. He comes to empty every Friday when you have your live.

Don't forget Kelly Wyler.

Debi, don't you have a pity party. You are beautiful.
Debbie, you look fabulous! However, LOVE Botox and fillers to slow down the aging🙃

Girls, I looked up the names of the first slave ships that came to America and they weren't Hebrew.
I LOVE this YT!
Loved your vids so much more when it was you, telling your stories, and making, things beautiful. Your vids seem to busy with the other people . Not as enjoyable . Xx
