I've had gynecomastia around 3 weeks ago and I have fibrosis. My surgeon recommended me 4 specific massage therapy sessions. The removed glands and fat occupied a massive space and I didn't have abnormal discharges. This helped me more, thanks!

Great video! I use the soft plastic packaging material that is similar to styrofoam to show fibrosis. It's soft, but resistant. Also, easier to show to people without making a mess. ;)

I just had lipo under my chin 7 days ago. I have a hard lump now. When I asked my surgeon he said it was dead fat that my body will absorb. Watching your video makes me think it is firosis. Is it too soon to have firbrosis since it's only been a week? I'm really concerned. Your videos are really helpful!

Had a small incision to remove a small cyst on a much more uh “sensitive” area down low and I am 18 days post incision and have developed a firm lump directly under where the incision was made. I believe this might be at the pink puddy stage that you described? Could I be doing heated oil massages onto it already down there as well? Thank you.

Seems like legit and accurate info but now I’m realizing how suggested it is to take in person so you can can feel different levels of lymph, fribrosis, etc 😩😭 Do you happen to have any suggestions for in person trainings that are here? (Not the actual certification course but a brush up or the physical meet up to practice with other experienced therapists?

I’m 2 weeks post op I had a bbl 360 and my belly is getting flatter but it is hard and lumpy and tender all around my lower back feels so tight and my sides has a lump and my lower belly is completely hard and lumpy I been compressed since I came out of surgery and I stopped draining so much 2 days after my surgery and I didn’t get my drain out till 9 days post op and massages hurt

Kathleen I'm 3 weeks post op but I see cording and almost right away there were these super hard spots that are not putty swelling. I have some the crackle, did you say that is necrotic tissue? I've been having these very hard spots that is close to the fibrosis putty, it seems even harder. The cupping helps but they are very stubborn. It's the hard to suck up tissue with large pores when i try to move the skin. But you said it's too soon so I'm a little confused what it would be. I've gotten more than 10 massages from post op MLD therapists and have been following your content and others...Can you recommend a good medi lymph pad?

I had inner thighs lipo 2 weeks ago and it’s really hard and swollen. So I come back home ask my Chinese massage give me high pressure oil massage, then my legs start getting softer and less stiff. Hope this could help you.
There aren't any lymphatic therapist in my area but I am 11 wks and I noticed I'm still swollen right in my middle abdomen around my belly button. It just feels hard and tight. Is this fibro or is it just still Swelling? And it seems I look more swollen than when I was earlier along.

Thank you for this! Can one have hard fibrosis one week post op? My therapist did an extremely painful pressing to soften the tissue. Is this correct?
you can feel hard, but it's not fibrosis. I use MLD and gentle myofascial techniques to soften. No need to hurt the client or press that hard.
