  • Lymphatic Drainage Tools are gaining fast popularity, despite being around for many years. Lymphatic drainage massage is used to improve lymphatic flow and lymphedema, but if someone has fibrosis, scar tissue, or thickened/dense tissue, that can cause the lymphatic system to back up further. So what about foam rolling? Or a massage roller? Cupping? Fascia Blaster? Lymphatouch? In this video, I discuss and list the main lymphatic drainage tools on the market right now, with a focus on fibrosis. This is part 2 or a 2-part series.

Please review and opine about using a long handle vibrator. I use a variable frequency Panasonic wand vibrator that has a bagel shaped vibrating head. I first try to empty the node clusters near the groin and armpits, then , I pull up the fluid through the legs thighs and upper torso. Please criticize this vibrator technique.

Hi, I need your valuable suggestion I'm a Cancer survivor and has developed radiation Induced neck fibrosis after my post radiation treatment in the neck region. My neck has became as hard as rock and due to which I find difficult to carry out even basic activities. Many times the pain from the neck passes to the shoulders and then spine and on the lower back as well which makes me even difficult to stand.
I followed ur lymphatic drainage techniques especially dry brushing and using the jade roller firstly the results were extremely good I was feeling much lighter on my neck region and the movement of neck was also happening properly. But it was just temporary
Coz it has started again I do the dry brushing as instructed by you as well as exercises as recommended by my oncologist. I feel relief temporarily after that.
But it comes back again and not permanently relieved.
Kindly give me some guidance. Will really appreciate some effective solution from you.
    Thanks
