- Lymphatic Drainage Tools are gaining fast popularity, despite being around for many years. Lymphatic drainage massage is used to improve lymphatic flow and lymphedema, but if someone has fibrosis, scar tissue, or thickened/dense tissue, that can cause the lymphatic system to back up further. So what about foam rolling? Or a massage roller? Cupping? Fascia Blaster? Lymphatouch? In this video, I discuss and list the main lymphatic drainage tools on the market right now, with a focus on fibrosis. This is part 2 or a 2-part series.

Thank you! Where are the links to the products? I need the “roller.”
There are some many things put there for blood flow. Dry brushing , tens machime , Asito works as well
Thank you so much!! :)
You’re welcome 😊
This is great. Thank you. My therapist also uses a hand held vibration tool on the thighs. Have you done a review on this tool as well? Thank you!
Not yet, but that’s coming soon 🙂
Will the cupping work to relieve scarring from a lumpectomy?
Hi I have edema after arm lipo. I’m 3weeks post op. Can I use these tools to make my arm softer?
Looks like a weapon lol. Yes, I will leave that to my PT 😃
I read that we can rupture or cause damage to the veins. I bought a foam roller but now I’m scared to use it.
Hey
Thank for sharing your knowledge . I would like few questions can I ask ? @cancer PT Rehab
Is fibrosis the same as the ripples on the skin that is generally referred to as cellulite?
If a medical professional is diagnosing fibrosis, then it is different
How can you use these products on upper limbs?
Please review and opine about using a long handle vibrator. I use a variable frequency Panasonic wand vibrator that has a bagel shaped vibrating head. I first try to empty the node clusters near the groin and armpits, then , I pull up the fluid through the legs thighs and upper torso. Please criticize this vibrator technique.
but if your legs is too heavy..it cant even roll huhuhu
Hi, I need your valuable suggestion I'm a Cancer survivor and has developed radiation Induced neck fibrosis after my post radiation treatment in the neck region. My neck has became as hard as rock and due to which I find difficult to carry out even basic activities. Many times the pain from the neck passes to the shoulders and then spine and on the lower back as well which makes me even difficult to stand.
I followed ur lymphatic drainage techniques especially dry brushing and using the jade roller firstly the results were extremely good I was feeling much lighter on my neck region and the movement of neck was also happening properly. But it was just temporary
Coz it has started again I do the dry brushing as instructed by you as well as exercises as recommended by my oncologist. I feel relief temporarily after that.
But it comes back again and not permanently relieved.
Kindly give me some guidance. Will really appreciate some effective solution from you.
Thanks
Same here. I keep having lymphedema accumulation on the neck. Can you please help here?
Great. I am going to try a pool noodle and see if that helps. But on another subject: WE NEED WEDDING PHOTOS.
