Suffering from primary . Can using ventouse be damaging g to lymphatic vessels? It seems to work to move the fibrosis but I am worried it can weaken the vessels in the long run. Is there any research on the efficacy and side effects?

I’m blessed that nothing is serious, but I do have some arthritis in my knees, and I have back pain, and a few other things. Is there a book you would recommend that would help me learn how to relieve the pain in my knees and my back? I’d appreciate your suggestions. Thank you, Robin.
For the past year and a half I've been struggling with slow lymphatic drainage. When I quite drinking I seemed to start detoxing through my skin. What advice do you have for someone who's having "break outs" under my hairline and around the head and neck? I've lost my patience with it. Lol I just want to be normal again! I will have "drainage outlets" that erupt and then take days and weeks to finish. I'd love help speeding it up or bypassing the awful experience all together! I'm not even 100% sure what's going on but lymphatic drainage is the best fit for it that I've found so far. Ahh! It's embarrassing to even ask about!
Lymph best circulates when we moving in hot temperature or simply sweating during workout or run. Or sauna is also counts, but since we are not moving there the muscles are not pushing the lymph around. Lymphatic system as cardiovascular is highly dependent on our nutrition. viscous and starchy foods like flour and all things made of flour, hydrogenated oils are gonna trigger them

I am so sorry that you have been treated this way, that is appalling! I'm guessing you live in America? There must be someone who can help you.... please don't give up. I know it's easy for me to say that but I urge you to get a second opinion. There will be someone out there will treat you far better than the 'professional' you've already spoken to. How do you treat Oncology as a PT ?
My Personal Trainer says she also treats Cancer patients! I have no idea how you guys do this ?
