I live in Edinburgh and when you hit the borders all of Scotland is big green hills/mountains but Edinburgh is not so much like big hills, Edinburgh has a lot of history background and it is a beautiful city. You should come here ASAP!💗

Emily Larkin It's the same with me but with the differnce that I live in Prague in the Czech Rep. People who come here are always like: "It's so beautiful! How can you be so ignorant and not see that?! The architecture is soo..." :D It just all becomes so normal when you live here your whole life...

She's from Illinois (where I live) and I can definitely say that Edinburgh seems so much cooler. Everything has so much history! I do love living here, but there's really nothing but flat land and corn. I guess everything gets quite monotonous after seeing it every day, regardless of where you are.

this is so sweet. i absolutely loved watching this. i'm scottish and i live in dundee and we take all of this sort of stuff for granted, really, all the beautiful architecture and the street performers and our cultural nuances. there's a bagpiper in the high street in my city literally every week and i walk right past them on my way to work with my headphones on. it's so nice to see someone so excited to come to our country.

This was hilarious! You are such a tourist but it is soo cute and lovely to watch! I almost cried laughing when you put the emotional music on and were filming the inside of the bus and the motorways. But honestly, I absolutely love watching vlogs like these because it reminds me how lucky I am to live in the UK, and not to take it for granted. hey i actually live in edinburgh and live a few minutes away from where you stayed, so glad you enjoyed your time in scotland :) . i find tourists reactions to edinburgh and scotland hilarious i have lived here all my life so use to all the things people get so excited about haha. love the blog though.
