Congrats Kabayan! I remember when we bought our first house here in America, it’s a great decision. Magbayad ka na lang ng extra sa principal every month para mabilis nyo mabayaran.
Okay na ang carpet. Good quality. Take shoes off to kept the carpet clean. I’d say enjoy the carpet for sometime. Okay na okay. Love the windows, the kitchen. Ganda
Brod, just happened to come across your video. I remember looking at homes in 90’s on the Costco side of Folsom if I remember they were in 200,000 and up. Now when drive to Lake Tahoe From SF Bay Area I see how much Folsom developed. One of the nicest cities outside of Sacramento. Probably the most expensive cities. It seems you have a steady career and your young. I could imagine how much you paid for house. You will definitely survive living in one of the expensive states in America. Thanks for sharing. God bless you and your family.
Thank you Sir for the comment, Folsom is nice, we decided to move here kasi yung current area namin is so expensive (Sunnyvale, CA) compared to Folsom.
American style. Kasama na ang stove, refrigerator, microwave, lots of kitchen cabinets, May carpet na. Tulog na lang sa sleeping bag. Okay na before buying furnitures.
I think you guys need to pull out the small pine trees dahil kapag lumaki ‘Yang mga ‘yan, magiging problem. It’s been a problem dito sa neighborhood namin sa Rocklin na maraming Pine trees na ngayon ay more 50 ft na at mga ugat, gumagapang na sa ilalim ng mga bahay. Marami nang ipinaputol at it costs thousands of dollars per tree to take it down, na of course at homeowners’ expense.
This is the least fav ko sa mga house tours nyo. Pero astig pa rin kasi matindi ang presyo ng realestate sa calif. Meaning well above 100k annual ka to even afford dyan. Nice neighborhood too!
Magkano mman monthly amortize nyan. Malamang 30 years to pay. Kayod to death gagawin mo jan, pag retire, tama lng fully paid cguro. How abt taxes. Good luck, tuloy2 work pra kayanin.
@@EDunne-dc9le yes! Depende pa sa lugar. Pero pag ang buyer can afford to buy the house in cash they will only pay monthly the HOA hindi pa kasama ang yearly tax, yearly insurance at monthly utilities (kagaya ng electric bills, water bill at cable).
Buying a house is a great investment. When we bought our first house, we thought we would have a hard time to keep the mortgage. Then we changed jobs which made it difficult to pay the mortgage.ang maganda ay tumaas ang equity, you can borrow money to pay off credit cards and other expenses. Well, later there’s enough equity to help us buy a second house. With the second house there’s enough equity to buy a farm in the Philippines. We rented the first house and the rent paid for the mortgage, it also helped us pay less taxes because expenses on the rental house are tax write off! It’s a business and the government wants Americans to run a business. After 30 years, we sold the first house and still made a good profit! My point, buy a house. Not only that you live there, it will also create money for you and the generation.
Most of that 3500 is interest and since it’s above the standard deduction of around 25,000 from your total income, you can write off 42,000.n tax write off po iyan. You will get back the tax money you paid. When you rent, you also pay utilities.

Good sized house. Congrats. Glad they are building new homes in California.
The builders never stopped building in California. Don’t believe that there are shortages. The only shortage is people’s ability to afford a house.

That’s the regular house design in the US! 👍
Upgraded flooring on the first floor can make your place nicer. Nice!
Welcome to Folsom! Dito kami nakatira kaso the other side naman kami.
