I wish I had that awesome metal story but sadly Tucson shut them down for being too loud at a club. I got to see about half of a show but what I saw was awesome. My city sucks balls!

Most great legendary rock and metal bands didn't have a gimmick - The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Doors, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Van Halen, Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, Tool, etc. The only artists from those decades that had a gimmick was Alice Cooper and KISS.
