I love these behind the scenes vids, having said that this was kinda weak. No scouts talking about players and five mins. I've watched other teams b4 this and this was the least involved.
I'm interested in knowing what they were looking for in their draft picks... I hope they don't go in just looking for the 'best player'... what makes the best player? In Luchanko's case, speed, transition ability, playmaking? How do they evaluate players? I mean, you can see what their skills are after watching these kids for a long time they know what these kids can do. How do they project them? What qualities were most important to them? Stuff like that is what really interests me.
Need this type of content but dialed up. 5 minutes and zero actual insight for the "all access" title. No discussion on the Buium pass, zero scout talk. Just pitiful.
buim was the best D in college hockey in his 17 year old draft elible season… I’m from Ontario and watch a lot of guelph I love luchenko but taking him over buim is crazy
@@boomer1049 Do you mean the same scouts that traded back to take Cam York when Matt Boldy was right there? The scouts that took Emil Andre when Alexander Nikishin was there? The same scouts that took Samu Tuomaala when Logan Stankoven was the next pick? The scouts that thought it was ok to trade away our 1st when we could have drafted Jesper Wallstedt or Wyatt Johnston? Gee I don't know why I "don't value and trust them." Because they are remnants of Chuck Fletcher's incompetence!! Danny needed to clean house when he got the GM job and he didn't. Now we are seeing the same BS with Flahr running the drafts we saw under Fletcher. And some of the scouts are remnants from Hextall and his terrible drafting. SMH.
@@creepylavalamp Chill smart Alec there just as many good ones TK Giroux and York & Brink aren't even full developed due Brink injury for a season and York a defenseman! You will never be happy!
@@boomer1049 I'll never be happy? Are you happy? With all the cups we've won? With how great we've been the last 10 years? You're right. I'm not happy at all with the last 10 years of being stuck in the middle and all I see is more of the same.
Good luck Flyers! Rooting from Colorado, hope to see Michkov in February
In JJ the Jett Plane we trust

Flyers trying to be the smartest team in the room and reach with Jett so in 5 years they can say they got the steal of the draft.

I don't think it would be smart for the organization to just lay their cards on the table like that
That’s not the player they wanted cause they didn’t even have a pre made jersey with his name on it. Good one Briere lol
Pass on Zeev Buium makes me wonder if Briere has what it takes to get this job done.

@@uriemarner1443Nobody knows at this point and if anyone does it's Danny B after all why have scouts if you don't value and trust them.

Get Holmgren out of that room 🤦♂️ have you not learned anything from the past?
Nexts years draft needs to hit because this unfortunately was a failure. Great content though.
You have a crystal ball to see the future?
