To buy a house in Canada irrespective of state is possible only for those who have black money in India or who sell property back home or who are earning in lacs per year. Otherwise it is impossible given the prices of houses and the income an ordinary household has there.

It seems a Paid promotion.
Misguiding facts.
Only rent is paid if we are live in a rented accomodation, no other botheration.
If we buy a house than interest on Mortgage is paid to the bank. Moreover property Tax and maintenance you have to paid extra.
What we are gaining in owing a house except Mortgage payments, property tax, maintenance, utilities bills etc. Etc.
