Ronin is my favorite Robert DeNiro film. It's realistically as close as you can get to a perfect spy thriller. This movie asks a lot of the audience but the payoff is well worth it. So many memorable lines. "What's in the case?" "I ambushed you with a cup of coffee!" "Whenever there is any doubt, there is no doubt." "Draw it again!" "What's the color of the boathouse at Hereford?" The cast in this film is simply amazing. Robert DeNiro, Jean Reno, Stellan Skarsgard, Sean Bean, Jonathan Pryce, Natascha McElhone and even Michael Lonsdale makes an appearance. It has one of the coolest car chase scenes ever put to film. The destruciton it causes is something to behold and the choreography is flawless. I love watching it and I'm so happy I have this up as a Revisit. This is one of those films I made this channel in the first place to watch and react to. As always thanks for watching!
I've officially launched the Joe Consumes Cinema Patreon. www.patreon.com/joeconsumescinema Every member of my Patreon gets a guaranteed movie request, exclusive access to my reactions to Season 1 of the Penguin and Season 1 of Mr. Robot. I'm currently progressing an episode a week into the rest of Mr. Robot. I've enjoyed both tv shows and I plan to slowly build a catalog of movie and tv show reactions exclusive to Patreon that I feel is well worth 2 dollars a month to become a member. If you would consider doing so, I would greatly appreciate the support.
