- With the chassis getting some final touches, it's time for Ashton to visit the team at livin loco garage and finish the paint job for the FJ49. Now the final assembly is underway, dropping the engine and transmission back onto the FJ49 for the final time.

So glad youse took my advice about entering it in sema, yanks are going to love it and will be lining up for the resto mod parts you've designed. Youse should also try and get it on jay lenno whilst ur over there, combined that will give patriot killer exposure in the US. That thing will have to be insured for 250K.

Back when I use to work in a sheet metal shop we didn’t have anything nearly as good as those but still made some cool stuff with what we had, made a 3mm ss bashplate for my 4wd just before I left, but would love to get back into sheet work one day

I mean this in the most sincere way. It's freaking awesome to see Ashton powering through his stuttering and being the star of this show. Being on camera is a difficult and terriying thing for 99% of people and the kid's crushin' it, doing scenes by himself, explaining the complicated aspects of the build, doing the work himself. Anyways, idk if it was taboo to mention this but, it's inspiring.

My first time on a press break was a big Centrifugal and you know how those are I stepped down it broke the metal came up hit me in the jaw knocked me out welcome to sheet-metal

I live for these videos , when I see this car on the street I will be over the moon , what an amazing project with such high skilled persons , had to laugh when Justin loved the press brake over a sports car , I operated press brakes from 60 tonne to 1000 tonne for a damn long time and I would be happy to never see another one , now give me a boat over a press brake any day

Just a personal perspective.. beauity is in the eye of the beholder...
So thats all this is.... BUT, my heart broke, when i saw theyd painted it.... the petina was the whole point... now its fake petina.... like trying to be something its not... ide rather see an originla paint restoration, or real petina... for me, ide have been pissed that the sprayed it... im still a bit in dis belief, that kid LOOOVED THE PETINA. And that aint it anymore.
Like a super car playing engine noised through the speakers, trying to be something its not...
But its not my truck, so ot doesnt matter what i think!
