    It's always better when you don't need to make a trip to the store for a project. I've been trying to get my wife to help on projects forever! I now need to take a day off work to watch some Star Wars!

      It can be a blessing and a disaster some time 😂. Always a good reason to take a day off!

    Roundovers! The OSB for the Death Star looks great. That’s the bedroom I wish I had as a kid! Once again, great work!

    Not going to the store, not leaving your house, and “the wife” adding her touches seems to be your favorite highlights. 😂 You two make a great team, this looks incredible!

    That looks amazing! Random question: Do you happen to remember the name of the gray/silver paint you used on the walls? We are doing a Star Wars themed office and are looking at paint swatches.

      Thank you! That wall is white that the head board is on and one wall is painted with black panther from Benjamin Moore. The lights are off in the room so reflecting is making it look gray when it is a very white wall. Sorry I couldn't be of help.

    Thanks for sharing this video. How did you make the floating bed it looks incredible!

      Thanks for watching! Unfortunately I wasn't making RUclips videos at the time. But basically I made it similar to the link below, but added an additional frame around the bed and added vertical slats to fill in the gaps. ruclips.net/video/f4yLBTJxJ_4/видео.htmlsi=0N0cmOUk1ItEWZ1m

    This is outstanding! I am a Star Wars person also and love when people do theme builds. How do you get away with the Star Wars content? Did it count as a copyright thingy? I've never used cut scenes so I am curious.

    • @fiveduckstudio
      @fiveduckstudio  6 месяцев назад +1

      No copyrights...well yet 😂... it falls under fair use. I try to cap the clips at under 4 seconds, to make sure I won't get any copy right claims

      Thank you! I made the bed frame, unfortunately, before I started recording projects. But if you look for floating beds with LED lights on RUclips, there are a lot of videos showing how to make one.

    hello, what are the measurements of the middle shapes?

    • @fiveduckstudio
      @fiveduckstudio  Год назад

      The total measurement is 54 inch by 24 inchs. Each cushion piece varies the one on the left facing section is 21x17 inches. The middle is 21x17 inches. the right facing is 16.5x20 inches, for some reason, don't know why I made it slightly smaller 😅

      @@fiveduckstudio ok and how much did you pay for this headboard?

    • @fiveduckstudio
      @fiveduckstudio  Год назад +1

      Hard to say, on the OSB and MDF it was left over from another build. The foam, batting, fabric was $40. And $10 in LEDs. So it cost me $50, but the glue, screws, mylar sheets, paint and staples I already had. So couldn't say the total cost if buying all the materials today.
