Absolutely FANTASTIC. Andrea Motis is an Angel from heaven. Each solo is absolutely perfect. If this group came to the U.S. it would sell out EVERYWHERE. The piano solo absolutely floored me. OMG! It does not get any better.

Andrea, you were the first of Joans troupe that i found. You sang 'Summertime', and I was captivated.
Thank you, for all the times that I have heard you and your wonderful friends sing.
And again to you, Maestro Joan. for sharing the magic you have created.

There’s a lot to be said about the wonderful Motis & Chamorro collaborations. I’d like to add one more attribute. A common ingredient found in all of it is a sophisticated understanding of stylish excellence. Never overdone. Never over produced. Always subtle yet noticeable. These charts and the renditions are conceived by intelligent, well versed and talented musicians. We’ve been blessed to have them offer their wares here. Thanks. Ron

BRAVO !!!

And Errol Garner, Ramsey Lewis, Quincy Jones, Stephane Grappelli, Horace Silver, Bobby Timmons. And Astrud and Getz, Gilberto and Jobim, Oscar Peterson and Diana Krall now (Krall just HAS to appear with your band, Joan, girl singers and all, just HAS to!).
*AND Anita O'Day, June Christy, Chris Connor, Julie London, Sue Raney, Carol Sloane.*
But I never had Joan Chamorro and Andrea and Rita and Eva and Elia and Magali and Alba Armengou. Thank the Lord I've got them now.

I have enjoyed your music as my son who also loves music but cannot play the guitar as well as your guitarist, but he'd love to have that skill. Barcelona is a great city. I do speak Spanish 9Mexican accent) but also like the Castillian accented singing like I heard on the train coming into Malaga and the singing of Malaguena many years ago.

    PORTUGUESE:
    Um cantinho e um violão
    Este amor, uma canção
Pra fazer feliz a quem se ama
    Muita calma pra pensar
    Descrente deste mundo
    Ao encontrar você eu conheci
O que é felicidade meu amor.
    ENGLISH (via Google Translate):
A little corner and a guitar
    This love, a song
To make those who love themselves happy
    Calm down and think
    And have time to dream
From the window one sees Corcovado
    The redeemer, how handsome
I want life always like this with you near me
    Until erasing the old flame
    And I was sad
    Unbeliever from this world
When I met you I met
    What is happiness, my love.

Thank you, Joan Chamorro, for all the beautiful music you and your fellow musicians send out into the world. It seems to me that every musician in every group with whom you perform is the cream of the crop. I was fortunate enough to experience making music with others and I believe it is a better mind and spirit boost than any drug or I think any other experience. Listening to all of you takes me back to those days. Best regards from California.
