    Seems like the responsiveness is a little off? Maybe the throw in the paddles? Either way that’s sweet!

      You are correct the reviver box for the paddle was just a little too far away from the paddles. I’ve moved it closer since and they are spot on and super responsive

    Good job Killer Performance didn't have time to do that, the rest of trucks have that they built

      Probably a time issue or they just didn’t add them in for cleetus

    It took me awhile to get use to the paddles on my 4L60E. I would roll up to stop light/sign and forget to downshift. The truck would stay in overdrive. Also on the 4L60E the paddles can't downshift into 1st gear. You have hold both paddles in for 5 sec, it shuts off the paddle system and the trans goes back into auto drops into 1st gear at a stop. Then hold one paddle in for 3 sec to turn the paddle system back on.

      Wow I’m glad I don’t have a 4l60E with paddles lol that sounds like a pain

      @@DAPerform I don't think GM had paddle shifting in mind when when they design the 4L60E.

    How are these working out for you? I just finished an install and they seem to be hit and miss. I have the receiver less than a foot from the paddles but still need to click a gear 2 or sometimes 3 times before it takes. It’s not all the time but enough to be very frustrating.

      I had the same problem I hid the receiver under the dash about 12” away but it was still too far moved it under the steering column about 6” away and they work like a dream! What transmission are you using ?

      @@DAPerform Oh nice thats great to hear. I’m using a 6l80e. I’m gonna move them right behind the steering wheel and see if that helps. That truck is stupid clean, incredible build!

    Why am I getting vibes like I’m going to ruin my transmission in the long run

    • @DAPerform
      @DAPerform  5 месяцев назад

      Because I’m Able to manually shift the transmission when I want ? Theres no difference between these paddle and the factory tap shift
