Good video bro, I've been wanting to visit Thailand for a long time, appreciate the apartment tour. Those short term rentals is something I'm gonna have to take a look at. Thanks.
That first sofa was "well used" for sure 555. I'm like you, I need dark, cool and silent too be able too sleep. I like the big balcony's. Might be a deal there.
Hi James, Just now watched this Video about the Urban Condominium and I also live at the Urban. I would like to invite you back to the Urban and show you my 52 sqm condo, completely newly renovated and you also could show how the Urban looks now with the 2 newly Renovated pools and we also renovated the big Gym. Also important notice, my Condo is also for short term rental as well, 30 - 90 day and also charge only for days that you need, so for a 42 day stay you would only pay for the 42 days. Might be of interest to your subscribers. Cheers, Claudio P.s. keep up the good work.
Found since I’ve been living here since March 2020 in Pattaya/Jomtien that for me it’s great to get a sea view as you get the cooler breeze and I’ve never had to use the AirCon which imo is much healthier as well as saving on the electric. Also some condos have much larger areas around the grounds that I love to do some jogging away from the traffic!
I thought (given the current situation) those rates were high? The advantage of The Urban or City Garden on Soi 15 for long term is that they are less tourist so less noise but really close to "the action". Although bargains at the moment the likes of Grand avenue and Centara and The Base when they are busy they are going to be noisy, IMHO.
With Wongamat beach so close and nice units on or near the beach why would you ever want to live on top of the blender in center of pattaya ??? L.A Rob
You are right I short term rent everywhere I lived in Bangkok. I only like living in New properties with big gyms and pools. I move every two to three months, to a different area. 👍🏾✌🏾
Would not park your car down there when it floods and fills up with water car knackered of course they will tell you it wont do that there are alot better ones around than that i expect for that money
gigaBIT (not gigabyte) internet :) sorry to correct :) internet speed is measured in bits, data storage (space on disk) more commonly is measured in bytes, in case you care.

The BASE is nice to stay with the rooftop pool
Great location
Excited for this premier. I've been apartment hunting online for Pattaya.

Thanks for the look. I'm moving in Oct. and Urban is on my list.
That kitchen is straight out of the Brady Bunch
Looking good , keep it rolling CR ... Enjoy

Cant wait to go one day 😃
Nice balcony, good price. My take on dim lighting is my condo took out every other light socket to save plus one of the 2 lifts turned off,

I'd go with the first one. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is the way to go.
Nice sizes, just some age especially that first one....... I guess your sticking in Pattaya awhile longer...
Lived in l k metro for 6 years now live in issan no contest pattaya for six years is enough for any man trust me issan everytime its heaven
Turn the 2nd Bedroom to your Studio + Office
Thx 4 the tour . Now is that your honda or a rental, how do you like it and was it expensive? Later...GB
Maybe all your brothers at Ramsteim would like there, rent a place year round shared and take 3 ten day leaves a year, maybe a lot cheaper vacations.
Keep looking man! You deserve a view and large balcony! :)

Hi James. Great review, Thank you.🙏 😎 🇦🇺
Space is ok but I’d want a new condo. Are any of those available for you to tour?
Loved this review.

Helllll No to the first Apartment. Sorry these apartments did not impressed me for the prices. We need a few more apartment hunting tours lol.

Personally not a huge fan of the condos. Stand alone villa at the way!
