2016 Aston Martin Vanquish: The Last of Its Kind

One day soon, you won’t be able to get a normally aspirated V12 Aston Martin Coupe any more. There is a new twin-turbo V12 coming, first in the new DB11, and we’re sure it’s going to be fantastic. But, if you’re in the market for a head-turning, soul-stirring coupe with a sonorous engine note and a cool factor through the roof - and you happen to have an extra $310k burning a hole in your pocket - I would head straight to your nearest Aston Martin center and take a long look at the Vanquish.
The Vanquish sits on a bit of a dated platform, but you sure wouldn’t know it to look at it. The lines are as stunning as anything from the company - including James Bond’s famous DB5 from 1964’s ‘Goldfinger.’ It’s just drop-dead gorgeous in that refined sort of way that sets you apart from the typical supercar crowd. While it boasts some very impressive numbers - 568 HP, 0-60mph in 3.6 Seconds, 201mph top speed - it’s how this car feels, and how it makes you feel that makes it special.

They run about $300,000, give or take about $10,000 depending on what options you get with it. However, used ones that are just 1-2 years old go for about half that price.
