Just love your videos and specific instructions. Your shorts are sooo helpful. Very important to stretch especially as you get older to be able to move. I’m 76 years young and have always stretched. During my life have done yoga and Pilates which has taught me to stretch. Lengthen, lengthen. ❤
Absolutely delightful videos...crisp , short , well explained and focussed. Thank you so much. I exercise regularly and look for different ways to challenge the same muscle....it will help if you could include some advanced movements as well. I am a 54 year old woman from India.
I've had SI joint pain for months, every night I woke up any time I moved or if I'd been in the same position for too long with a deep ache on the back left side of my pelvis. I've tried all sorts of stretches, exercises and treatments and nothing has worked. During a desperate YT trawl on a particularly bad morning earlier this week I came across this video, I'd done figure 4 and happy baby many times but hip traction was new to me so I gave it a go, just 15 mins, and when I stood up the pain was gone! Walked around for the rest of the day pain free, slept right through the night for the first time in months. I've been doing it for a few days now and I cannot believe the difference this one simple stretch has made to my life. I can't thank you enough! My hero 🫶
I had two major back surgeries, fusing L2-S1. Turns out it was never my disk causing me pain it’s my SI joint dysfunction. Two surgeries to final rule it’s been my SI this whole time. When I decompress my spine or SI it causes ALOT of pain, should I push through it until my body/nerves gets used to it?
It's not only the excercise also the explanation motivates
