literally the thing that makes me most angry about the 1.19.1 update is that minecraft servers that break the eula are still ignored, of all the possible things microsoft could change, they do something nobody wanted instead of enforcing a rule that SHOULD be enforced. imagine the irony of an eula breaking server owner reporting salc1 for cheating.
A lot of them get away with it by not technically updating to the version the EULA is enforced on by using plugins to fake a downgrade since people hate the modern combat
see that might end up being the funny thing about all that. If they struggle so much with actually enforcing their EULA with pay to win servers, how well do you think they're going to actually ban players abusing chat?
Blacklisting a server isn't going to do much and enforcing P2W EULA is pretty lame because it's their own server and you play by their rules, just like businesses

If I remember correctly from my days as Snapcraft staff years ago, mods can only ban for 7 days. Only Admins and the Owner can ban permanently. Very weird staff perm setup.
Not that weird if you think of it from the admins perspective and assume the admins are an insular group who like lording special permissions over other people. This is just my experience, but in it, a common trait of toxic servers in general seems to be power tripping admins

I am sysop on a server (somewhat small, maybe 300 active players) and basically every staff member has * perms. Admin just distinguishes sysops from people with ban perms. There's a full record of all commands and actions of staff, and I coded a supplementary plugin that can rollback specific actions (moreso than general essentials) to prevent abuse. Malicious staff are dealt with quite easily (have had 3-4 who've gone off the rails). Limiting perms like that does not do anything substantial if you have competent admins.
I've been on the server since 2012-2013 and never even played kitpvp lol. I always played creative. Still hop on every now and then to see if its revived itself yet.
Please keep this series running! You guys actually solve problems and create solutions, you guys bring people to justice and it's chaotic, entertaining and cool!
I thought after all the video, SalC1 should learn a lesson about disturbing wealth, like “make a script to transfer all of your in game currency to other players” or “drop items directly at other players feet”.

There was a server I once played on for about a day or two. It was an 'rpg dungeon crawler survival server" it was regular vanilla minecraft with like, plugin enemies in dungeons. However, vanilla weapons kinda didnt work against the plugin enemies. So you had to use the plugins to get better gear and stuff. Not only was it horribly explained, we figured out it was insanely p2w. You could basically pay for crates to get better weapons and enchants for them. And the only way to do stuff in the servers like, actual entire gimmick, was to pay lmao I got banned after.I pointed out to the owner that the p2w stuff broke EULA I don't remember the server IP, but i hope someone like Duper or Sal finds it someday and I get to watch it tank
sal you can hold ctrl inside an inventory and tap q on items to instantly drop full stacks of items without leaving it, you don't have to drag them outside of the window watching the video further you actually do it but earlier you were dragging items out of the ender chest
@@PandaPanda-lm7vx I see the confusion here. He was ctrl+Q dropping items in his HAND, but didn't know he could just hover over items in the GUI and do that. You can drop a whole inventory in a matter of seconds by just holding ctrl, spamming Q, and moving your mouse over items.

You can hold down Q to drop items one by one not just by stack
It doesn't work in 1.12, it only does with recent versions of the game, probably since 1.15 or smth

5:10 Vanilla chests has an explicit check for distance, so there isn't any by default. Unless specifically added by the developer.
