- Today, my daughter Zoe and I had lunch at the Kabob House. The Kabob House is a brand-new restaurant in downtown Newark, NJ. The address is 21 William St, Newark, NJ 07102. I've been to a bunch of shawarma joints in Clifton and Paterson. Jersey definitely has a great Mideastern scene. The mixed meat stick is Kefta Kebab. There's a couple of knock-out restaurants in Brooklyn (Beyti Turkish Kebab and Karam) you gotta check out. Maybe you know someone in the 5 boros that might take you one day.
The Kefta Kebab was delish! Yes I need to check out more of these spots in the future.
