India should give OCI card if not citizenship to the people of Tibet . They should have doul citizen ship I have seen how much pain they have while accessing public facilities and while international travel ..
Shame on our government to keep them in refugee status since last 60 years
Tibetan people have option to either accept indian citizenship or stay Tibetan ...if they choose to become an indian them free tibetan movement will come to an end sooner...i think that's why they don't take indian citizenship
