Meeting Mama Uganda, the world's most fertile woman We traveled 50 kilometers north to Kampala, the capital of Uganda. Mariam Nabatanji, popularly known as Mama Uganda, gave birth to a total of 44 children. She gave birth to twins 4 times, triplets 5 times, quadruplets 5 times and finally a single child once. And she was just 36 years old when she gave birth to her last child.
