RULE 6 - THE SERVE All points begin with the service. If the first service is not valid the server is allowed a second service: -Both feet must be behind the service line at all times, and between the imaginary prolongation of the central line of serve and the sidewall (service box) and must remain there until the ball has been served. Question: when is the ball served? At the initial contact point only or when the ball having been hit bounces into the opponents service box. If the former I need only have both feet behind the line and as soon I hit it, I can be stepping and moving towards the net even before the ball makes contact with my opponents service box; is this correct

I started watching your videos, started using your service techniques, damm and my game had approved tremendously 👌 😊
amazing to hear! thanks for the support
The biggest thing for me was realising how much harder I need to hit the ball in order to make this technique work. Appreciated!

You need to be at the net before the opponent hits the ball back. So you don’t have to wait
Where is that club / practice thing
But aren't you supposed to hit the ball below the belt?
He is under on impact
His trousers are pulled up beyond the belly button.
No. _"At or below the waist level"_ according to IPF rules.
Not sure what makes this better?
