Hello there.👋🏾 Yes.. that home that you’re mentioning is called The Aimon, which is a Deer Valley model. I did a tour of that exact home about a year and a half ago. My thoughts are: why pay rent when u can own your space w a patio/ deck when purchasing a manufactured home. It’s a win win situation even if you place it in a rented space within a manufactured home community the lot rent & home payment still places you ahead of the game
Most are able to finance their manufactured home for 20 yr payment thusly giving you a low payment on a home as this . Great opportunity for beginners and retirees both .
I wished he would have opened all the cabinets like the sales person does on their video. I'm planning to buy this same one but I'm going to have to go personally.

I’m a carpet lover so I would place carpet in livingroom and hallway in this model
Carpeting is a great sound barrier and warmer on the feet up north where I am located ( Pennsylvania)

I would also opt for bath shower combo in master bathroom. A shower only just doesn’t suit my needs
