I live in middleburg Florida and when me and mom get our finances together we will definitely get this house mom would love that shower in the master bathroom I will inherit it later on down the road this house is nice wow that living room is huge we will definitely be checking it out when we are ready it’ll be a while but it’ll be worth it thanks for the tour it’s one nice home mom will also like the wood floors she doesn’t care for carpet love that kitchen cooking in that will be a joy wow I’m impressed it’ll be worth the price

7:30 SAME! I have to have a window. Plant a lemon tree near it and when it flowers, open the window while cleaning the kitchen for a natural lemon scent.

Change the barn doors to pocket doors, to free up the wall space currently blocked by the barn doors when open. Add pull down spice cabinets over the stove. Boom! Perfection!! I can’t wait to sell my home next summer and buy this floor plan.

Hall bathroom needs a transom window and I would want to have all drywall. I don’t think you need to open so many cabinets. Thanks for sharing!

Not enough drawers. Why do they even make a kitchen with only 3 drawers. That messed up the kitchen for me.

Love this home. Saw it on another video by Chance. Same exact house except the office was bigger, and the bathtub had the wall built around it, and of course, the colors were different. I like this house better because of the free-standing tub. I don't think the furnace was in the coat closet by the door, though. The base price was a little cheaper, but I definitely see it coming out to more after taxes and fees. That house was located in Plant City.

not bad , just wish they used 2x4 instead of 2x3 walls. They got cheap with the chair rail. That is because they didn't tape the seams, just covered with chair rail.

Beautiful but 300k I’m in the process of building a home in MS 2740 sq ft for a little bit less I’m not really sure why a mobile home would cost so much, yet it’s still BEAUTIFUL ❤

moved to live oak last year, bought 5 acres of pine forest and bought this same exact home, the dash 2, love it. lol In bought it from Freedom homes in Lake city. Thank you Brian and Lynn.

After talking a second look at this home I think the guest bathroom has a lot to be desired and the window in the kitchen just isn't a window if you can't open it. The master bedroom has no place for a TV.. I did love the back porch.

What is the price of this home

The only one we find today is in Brooksville Florida. It appears that the Jacksonville site closed. We are in Palm Coast and don't want to travel over 150 miles just to see it when we can just order it, but, would like to visit a sales site closer to us. JAX is about 80 miles to Normandy Blvd. I am familiar with that area of businesses. Any other sites? Called the number and it just rang and the website won't open. GREAT video , Thanks!!
