Hello, Stephen, this house 🏠🏡 is just fabulous and very comfortable!! It chas the feel of a rustic vintage farmhouse with the wooden floors and the feel of the structure, the way that it's designed is classy and sophisticated. Keep up the good work and keep bringing more homes to show!!😊😊
Really nice home. I absolutely adore those showers with those doors and the butlers pantry was a great addition. I think the board and batter and the paper on the bathroom walls makes it look like an old time mobile home
That kitchen island is amazing! I really wish they would put larger cabinets above the refrigerator... extend them out closer to the depth of the fridge. That would be a great place to store my crockpots, instapot and my griddle! (Large, long or bulky appliances I dont use everyday).Dont like the barn door but the family room is cute (would opt out of floating entertainment area). Nice bedroom sizes and guest baths! I like that the master closet isnt in the bathroom! Master bath is super cute...love the transom window! Great tour, Steven! Thank you!

Loved the Farmhouse, Kitchen Sinks, And has the Family Room from the kitchen is Absolutely Awesome. Now I don't like the Hot water Tank in the Primary Bathroom Closet, The Shower should have been a been Closed in. But no From Porch, Pretty Awesome 👍😎👍😎👍😎👍😎👍😎👍😎👍😎
Definitely understandable about the water heater. They probably could’ve made that accessible from the utility room area. However, it’s not a deal breaker. At least for me anyway… A enclosed shower 🚿 ? That’s a very good idea. We always appreciate your review comments.😊👍
Definitely understandable. This dealership doesn’t post prices online or display them in their models. They want their customers to call the sales office directly , email them . Or visit in person😊👍.
From my understanding.. Any model that they do NOT have on their sales lot. As long as they still have it in their Catalog. You can still order it. But I definitely know what you mean. Live Oak Homes has very nice manufactured homes.😊👍

From what I saw within the span of one week of looking at the homes, actually seen the same type of wall paneling in an oak color too. Which would also be in some of my other videos. & upcoming videos as well. Very unique feature indeed.😊👍
Fyi to anyone in the comments a coworker of mine brought a mobile home and paid someone to come in and do full sheet rock throughout and it was only about $3500-5k vs the dealer upgrade was going to up the price by about $40-55k!

I find that yr video are to long! You don't have to open up all cabinet doors and drawers...we already know what they hold and what's inside the cabinet. Also, you don't need to recap yr vid. We've seen it in the video and don't need to see pics of something we've already seen once. Just shorten the tour even by 5-10 mins would be helpful. Next time also tell us the price ok.😮

Really wish all tours would include at least one draw being opened and talk about how it’s constructed. Definitely a differentiating factor in my experience and indicative of overall build quality. Don’t think every cabinet needs to be opened though. Saw this home a week ago. It’s on our list of options.

Me n my wife seen a blue live oaks and we just had to have it but it left way to quick. Haven’t seen any other like it❤
