I actually have this home and i LOVE everything about it. I have the electric fireplace in mines. The color scheme is what makes it unique.

Odd vaulted ceiling for one half of home. Looks like a singlewide.
@@swlancaster1964 I agree totally. The vaulted ceilings does remind you a lot of vaulted ceilings that you would see in most single wide homes.
I would’ve bought all of the vaulted ceilings into the rest of the house.. if the option was given. Very nice feature though.😊👍
I feel like that style of vaulted ceiling makes the home feel smaller or like it a single with a addition. If the angle was one plane of attack going to the true center of the whole home it gives a bigger total feeling. The raised kitchen sink looks nice but will be problematic with functionality and longevity. The chair rail should be in the bottom 3rd on single color walls matched. That would give the feel of a taller wall. The window and door casing is "different". I do like a true central air return. I'm not a fan of free standing tubs because it makes daily maintenance harder but they stay warner longer. I think the water closet is perfect. One more nitpick with any home, putting a window in a closet will fade items over time. Over all a cozy home but too many elementary architecture and design flaws for my brain to handle. 😮
You’re absolutely right. This home is not right for everyone.
But it is right for someone.
I imagine you could definitely make some adjustments like in the kitchen areas as far as the countertops and everything.
At the end of day.
Definitely put what you like in your home .

I have seen some stick built homes that open into the dinner area first. Kind of odd 🤔.

That's one of my favorite things about this model! I do prefer the Dining room on the left and living area on right though. I love that openness of living and dining together in main part of home. We do lots of entertaining and decorating. This open idea is awesome for that. :)
@@TheNicolet7 yeah, I actually have seen this model online. With the living room, dining room, layout in reverse.
So you could definitely order this home with the those two areas in reverse if you wanted to .😊👍

You need to talk a whole lot less plus quite showing yourself so unprofessionally in all mirrors., no need for your comments constantly and people want to know always the price of homes.,,,
