lots of sugar and dairy products can make you break out often. Try also to decrease dairy products and replace with alternatives, instead of Placing on turmeric try eating turmeric in dishes or getting a turmeric latte product to drink., along with Probiotics for gut health and tea tree oil helps for placing on infected areas on the surface just be careful not to ingest, or get in eyes, it's very potent, another thing to eat would be cinnamon, cayenne pepper, for circulation and such, then less refined sugar, even in non sugar obvious foods, like cereals etc, also milk contains sugar, coconut oil can help in general especially if you consume it with your food, or use it to cook, just make sure you arn't allergic to coconut, it helps for inside and outside, another cool product that will help is HEMP Protein powder, and collagen Powder, Anti inflammatory Fruits and berries, that contain a lot of antioxidants. Lots of Blessings form South Africa.
Benzac is the best, hands down. Been struggling with acne, and it has helped. But please be careful, it contains benzoyl peroxide because it dries out your skin, it's also the key ingredient that'll help. This treatment works best for deep pimples, please use products that contain salicylic acid for superficial pimples
Yho the Benzac retails for such a high price, try getting the benzac acne kit, at Dis-Chem for R278. You get the wash, and the gel and a 3rd product ❤️

Cut a long story short, just wanted to say thank you for your video because the benzac helped even though I was still breaking out but the pimples will last atleast 2 days leave bad spot then new one appears. But as I write this I have not have break out since February 2022. Now I'm just clearing the spots. Thanks gal. Buy the way these benzac gel is free at the government clinic

I use it I has never give me any problems I think it works better if you have oily skin. Only apply it on the affected area not all over your face. Also try African extract rooibos product they are 👌🏾
