I am smiling listening to some history tidbits. 😀 I enjoyed my “walks” when I lived at Ft Lee many years ago. Crater road and the story of “both sides” during that part of the battle for Petersburg still stirs my awe for what the soldiers (both sides) endured. Thanks Steve.
I loved going to the Crater as a kid. Haven't been in a few years. Amazing story around the battle and area at that time. Went to Gettysburg a few years ago and stood at Little Round Top. Really gives a perspective on what they did. Unreal. Thanks. Steve
It’s great being able to enjoy the little things in life that were overlooked when working - had no time for that!😩. We have a single hummingbird who sits on the fence out behind our house in the late evenings we have enjoyed lately.
Had one outside the kitchen window for years but hung a flower there this year. My wife liked watching the hummingbirds in the evening after dinner. Just a little slower pace is all I was looking for out of retirement. The feeders give me a reason to slow down a little. Thanks. Steve

The decison was rather simple in my mind. Congressmen get immunity when speaking on the floor of the Congress. Lawyers get immunity when they are cross examining witnesses, Judges get immunity when they are on the bench. The Constitution is very clear on the President's punishment.
No, it makes presidents into elected kings as long as they're doing it as an 'official action' would could be just about anything. Biden should immediately make use of this to dissolve Congress and make himself dictator.

The prosecution called many people to the stand that were in the White House. All of that testimony is now unconstitutional and cannot be used against him. The US Constitution very clearly states what penalties are afforded to a sitting President. No one is above the law include these rouge, partisan prosecutors, who should be in jail. You should read the US Constitution. You might actually learn something. Also turn off CNN and MSNBC.
