they were the best couple of the show hands down....their story still makes me cry no matter how many times i watch it...thats how beautiful their love is
They were SO great together, had the best chemistry, and Teddy was the happiest she ever was with Henry. It annoyed me now this essentially was just a more explored version of Izzie and Denny. I had hoped that they would’ve let Henry live and not basically repeat the same situation but with a different kind of dramatic aftermath (with the Henry situation the aftermath was how Christina didn’t even know it was Henry that she was operating on because Owen wouldn’t let them tell her).
i always cry when teddy says "you were me in that OR" and "he just died!" because this was just a tragic twist of fate that nobody couldve controlled or prevented
I loved Henry and Teddy. It was so bad he was always gonna die eventually with his condition. They could have at least left her with his baby or something. Her character was at her best with him. The Owen thing has gotten old given how on and off they constantly are.
The worst thing of all is knowing that they did this to Teddy so that at the end of it all she ended up with Owen, the guy who had the ability to speak in Henry's name to get to her💔
For real! The seasons where Shonda pissed me off over and over again. She couldve “cured” him, with some experimental clinical trial that somehow worked. But instead she ruined it and traumatized us. Also, how she ended it, was really messed up.

She didn’t blame others for his death, She was even strong enough to comfort Christina on the spot that she did nothing wrong, and that Christina was wonderful as a doctor. That was incredibly strong and kind given how much pain she was going through.
This was the healthiest relationship Teddy had
