THIS is the one I've been looking for! Perfect in every way - king bed, 1.5 bath, the extra bed but not a bunk, tvs in the right place, desk, w/d, plenty of storage . . . not a fan of the cabinetry color and carpet in the dining slideout, but considering everything else is exactly what I want, I would live with it.
The outlets under the TV in the man cave were ridiculously crooked and not even! That would be very upsetting to me for nearly a quarter million dollar fifth wheel RV. I think the floor plan is amazing though I think Forest River needs to do a little better quality control.

One of the best thrillers that I saw you on the review, as for my purposes, of course, but the only negative that I noticed here. It would be possible to make the refrigerator a little higher in order to have access to it with the slider closed, then you could fully use both the bed and the toilet and the bathroom and the gas stove and water and the refrigerator, that is, to fully live, do not open the slider.
What rig are you using to film? It works great! Wonderful video and great layout - I just don't like feeling cut off in the kitchen from the living area was the only downfall.

Everyone knows you can never have too much storage in an RV. So, why not carry those storage cabinets over from the desk, even if they have to be a little smaller?!
I don't understand why you need the bed coming down from the ceiling when you have the fold out couch. Doesn't make sense to me. And who really wants to sleep on something hanging from an RV roof.... just seems really weird to me.
I'm scared to have and travel in one of those RVs I m scared cause the world any safe anymore and if we run out of gas or get lose or were being followed cause they see this expencive trailer and think we have money and there's a group of men in vans or cars surrounding us we can't get out and then they start firing shooting at us were dead meatway out someplace no gas getting shot at. No I'd never travel or want one of these there to dangerous nowdays to own and be out on the road alone with crazyys and everyone has a gun no no I'll stay home where cops are near.

I noticed that right away. I thought maybe it was something special or unique to be in there like that, lol. Guessing not.

Very nice but the TV in the kitchen is a waste of money it would be better with cabinets. Pantry needs adjustable shelves and dump the ceiling bed.

Why is the shower chair not directly across from the shower head? It's a nice Floorplan with a ton of weird and annoying quirks.
What manufacturer makes the Sofa bed?
Why do they put the washer and dryer in the master bedroom? I don’t want to smell bleach , while I’m sleeping.

200k to build sold for 45 billion . Tell you what i buy that crap for whatever you paid to make it and i give to whoever worked on it 4k each.
