You done a fantastic job of showing this one. Like everything about it. Definitely will need a coffee bar. I can picture my wife & I sitting on the patio enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the lake. Back to the inside having the bathroom after the bedroom is a smart move. My wife said that she loves the kitchen, the dining table made her smile from ear to ear. Love the half bath, put a washer & dryer in the garage will be spot on. The garage will work for office & crafts. The builders take pride in their work 👍👍👍👍

What are motion lights?
I'd have an hauler like a semi-tracker withe a sleeper too, maybe for more than one!
48 feet long? I find it really difficult to find campgrounds/RV parks that can handle my 42 footer. Looks awesome though.

Nice!! If possible, I would have converter in bay raised upward .it's taking away storage.we have Grand Design. We are definitely looking this direction. Wish LUXE would design two opposite master bedrooms.

Hey Kristen I was wondering the loft with the door to it does the heat an air conditioner run to it? I really love this setup on this unit, the paint package is amazing with the wet look that it puts off in the sunlight. Yall have out done yourselves with this unit. Need a different place for TV and not on an automatic up and down, I have had those stick where the TV was half-way up. I do like a much bigger tv. Don't care for the key rack or whatever that was in the kitchen.

Greetings Tara, at this time the 46FB cannot have a side patio. We are looking into a smaller side patio but the one we currently use for the Luxe 48FB and the 44FB is too large for this model.
For a toy hauler, you couldn’t put much of a toy in the garage. By using up the space with a 1/2 bath and washer/dryer eliminates people with side x sides.

I think it would be more practical to keep that bigger bathroom where it is on the other toy haulers instead up front. That way the guests don’t have to roll thru the master bedroom. Wonder if you guys would do that as an option???

Greetings, our builds are personalizable so if the owner wants a washer and dryer during build that is an option. There was washer and dryer prep in the back if they would choose to add one later. Not all owners want a washer and dryer for their coaches

Idk what is different about the way this video is done but it seemed like the camera was to low. It made it hard to concentrate on the video and what she was showing. I'd it just seemed like the angle was off. Not being me just trying to help .

Did I miss washer/dryer
Washer and dryer is optional in all of our toy haulers. It will either be placed in the front closet or in the garage depending on the need for hauling space in the garage!

The only problem for me is the size of the garage. Not long enough for a SXS

Beautiful rig, however I’m noticing that everything is an option or an upgrade . It’s like a bait and switch .

Things are options because we want to give all owners the flexibility to call their coach home. Some want just the two-burner cooktop others want the 30" oven and stove. Not everyone needs or wants the half bath in the back of the toy hauler. And so on.

Every designer is putting electric plugs in the bottom of the cabinets. It may be pretty when you are showing it but it is ugly when you have to look at your cords everyday all day and cannot tuck them behind your appliances. I REALLY dislike them. just sayin’.
