Grand Design has taken all of the best things about a luxury fifth wheel and combined them with the functionality of a toy hauler to create one incredible RV! The Momentum 336M-R is jam-packed with amazing features like slam-latch baggage doors, exterior security lights, and exterior entertainment center, outdoor kitchen, the 6-point hydraulic leveling system and a power patio awning with integrated LED lighting.
The front living area is super spacious with the dual-opposing slide outs both holding a 70" tri-fold sofa, along the front wall is theater seating and have a nice view of the entertainment center that sits on the interior wall adjacent to the hutch. The telescoping tv is super convenient for when you are on the road, plus a warm fireplace sits below.
The mid kitchen is down the few steps with a kitchen island/bar top that has two bar stools and holds the deep seated sink. The butler pantry and 18 cu ft refrigerator sit in a roadside slide out. Heat up something delicious in the oven, three burner stove top or the microwave. Plus plenty of counter top space and overhead cabinets.
Heading towards the back and up a few steps, to the right is the main bathroom with a toilet, sink with medicine cabinet, and shower with a skylight and seat.
The main bedroom is a the very back with a closet in the road side slide out, an upgrade King Size Bed that has a motor lift to extend the height of the garage to 77".
The below floor garage 63" W x 117 D x 66"-77" H with an easy ramp door to load up.

Love this rig, I wish the tv in the living room was up in the nose which would let me utilize the cabinetry as an entertainment center. Also at this price point seeing a plastic sink in the bathroom sucks. Great job presenting this rv btw I’ll look for more of your videos!

I would love this style and layout RV with the option for a standard happyjack bed in the toyhauler section so that you can dedicate that entire back area to be a masterbedroom/office combo
First toy hauler I’ve seen that I liked the kitchen dining living area. I love grand design. We bought a used reflection from Mcclains Sanger 3 + yrs ago. Haven’t had a single issue with it. ❤

Awesome RV and presentation. Im impressed with the washer/dryer combo in the kitchen. I'm surprised it has a real toy hauler/garage instead of the newer bunk house models I been seeing.

@@McClainsRV We didn’t do the measurements to know if our lifted golf cart would fit in there. It would definitely be a perfect full timer’s RV or couples RV who had occasional friends or family joining them.
Garage will smell up the bedroom! Boo!!

Hunter, great video just not our design. However, my wife and I are planning to do full time RV for 1-2 years as we monitor the housing market. First step, selecting a toy hauler with patio. Any thoughts on Momentum over other brands/models? We are torn between the Momentum 350G, 320G, 340M and Raptor 352, Fuzion 373 and Fuzion Impact 359. Must be under 40’. ;)
Love this design for carry toys without the traditional toy hauler look….but if I put my Harley in the rear garage will gas smells permeate up into the bedroom?

R16 or up is preferred for full time four seasons use especially in Wyoming.
beautiful design but it'd be much nicer with stackable w/d option plus a bit bigger washroom. it's nice to have the big garage area for people who want to store big toys.
The Grand Design website states this unit has washer/dryer prep. Where is it located?
I cannot find anywhere else that states they use marine grade plywood for the sub floors. Can you verify this?
Did you say this comes standard with 2 solar panels?
Love everything about it except the bedroom. At 60 years old. How am I supposed to make the one side of the bed up against the windows? It needs a slide. :( The bathroom sink is a little small.
There is a slide in the bedroom but the queen bed offers more walk around space... would you like to see photos of what that looks like?

@@thervhunter5808 Separate living room and kitchen. Queen bed, I'd love two doors and not so much an escape hatch. I'm too old to be dropping to the ground. :D Room on each side of the 4 burner stove. Counter space for my mixer and coffee/tea area.. The kitchen is VERY important. The master bedroom to have at least enough space. The master bath needs to be adequate but 2 sinks is not necessary. Hubby is only home twice a week. Washer and dryer is not important/needed. Full time living/insulation as this will be a home for a few years at least until we get our cabin built. Outside kitchen/storage is not needed because it will have a deck and roof. We have space for the washer/Dryer as well as storage. We live in northern middle TN so winters aren't that big a deal but still want to have the best insulation I'll write it all down so I can adequately tell you what we are looking for. I just get so over whelmed but all the models and companies. My daughter is also looking because we will be moving to the same property. We were thinking about getting a prefab cabin and finish it ourselves but I don't think at 60 and hubby 62 that we have that in us to do 2 and we need something that is move in ready.

How does 2 x 7k lbs axles handle 17k lbs fully loaded trailer? Thought you would need 8k axles.
Don't forget the 3K pin weight.

What’s the warranty on the frame? Because if you re-search grand design frames or any frame that’s on an RV that’s manufactured the frames crack within a year or two re-search it fact.
5 Year Frame Warranty - Grand Design has addressed the issue that was industry wide
Super professional young man. Definitely subscribed. Would like to see a review of something larger, without toy hauler capability. Any recommendations in Grand Design, or other luxury RV.

I appreciate his effort but that suit is not $1k and your tie shouldn’t poke out of the bottom of your suit. No one needs a suit to show an RV. Sorry but wow
Now I have to apologize but wow I don’t know what to say about this. I agree with the fact that the zero clearance to one side of the bed is crazy. Drop the suit, too serious but the info is good.
