- Instant Pot Cold Start Yogurt
1 container full fat FairLife milk
1 heaping Tbsp plain yogurt with active live cultures
Pour milk into the instant pot. Add the yogurt and whisk to mix well. Push the yogurt button and adjust to 8 or 9 hours (9 will result in a more tart yogurt) Let it incubate for the 8 - 9 hours, then move the whole liner to the fridge to cool for several hours. Add sweetener and vanilla to taste. I ass about 1/2 c Swerve and 2 tsp vanilla. The yogurt will be thick but if you want it even thicker, let it sit in a coffee filter to let some whey drain. Приколы

Michelle you probably have your answer by now. You need ultra pasteurized milk like Fairlife to do the cold start method. Otherwise you need to boil your milk.
Can I use regular whole milk ? Or do I need fairlife cuz I’ve never seen that brand in my stores .
