- Lamugee milet drink is a popular Ghanaian drink amongst the Northern part of Ghana. it has lots of health benefits of which I have listed in my video and it will be of great interest to you. it's creamy, sweet and healthy. Taking a sip on a sunny day is awesome. Enjoy this simple recipe of mine. Always remember life without Christ is full with crisis hence give your life to Jesus. Thank you!

In some part of Nigeria we cook part of it, then add the uncooked part, allow it to stay for 6 to 12 hours before filtering . Thanks for sharing

Please I want to ask...does preserving the drink in the fridge become slimmy like okra soup..😭😭 because I made some yesterday and just today .it's very slimmy and thicker 😭that I had to pour them away.. please teach me how to preserve it...and for how long...😭😭
