this video is highly underrated. As beginner player, i was losing my sanity trying to do Electrics. but thanks to your handcam it's so much easier than i thought.
Ah, it looks like Lambkin doesn't always press down and forward on the D-Pad to make DF. It's just leaning heavily forward on the down pad specifically. I kind of do that to. I'll practice!~
Thank you so much for this info! It makes so much sense to me that I can now do the 2nd step after the initial F+D+DF. Perfected it within 10 minutes!!
I wavedash good on left side not the right but I been knew this crazy that I just found out a day or 2 ago bout Reina being able to wavedash like Jin and Kazuya
I have a very fluid wavedash with ps4 pad but for no reason with the ps5 pad i struggle so mutch , i sometime have a neutral input during the ⬇️↘️ which avoid me to cancel the crouch dash with ➡️
my thumb gets tired after a while.. do i need more practice or there's im doing wrong bcs ive seen people do it for long times and they seem fine also really good video brother
@lambkin Reina’s wave dash is broken from full screen. Do you know any way to fix that? Also when I play other Mishimas they stutter move from wide to side when doing the input motion. Any advice ?
Very very nice guide and so well explained, been trying it with my hwoarang and i can get up to 3 wavedashes. But the more i try and focus it doenst seem to go up. Any more tips?😊
I’ve already gone through a lot of that stuff. But I’m probably gonna do more matchup analysis in the coming future where I’m gonna include more detailed explanations of how I apply pressure and offense. I’m also learning new stuff daily, so an updated setups video in the future is also not out of the question :)
Can you do a tutorial on how to play “keep out” with law? Other characters that can do back flips like (jun and asuka, yoshi) can play keep out but it seems like Marshall law can’t.. Keep out = keeping the opponent AWAY from you or at a distance
Law is not really a keep out character, but his 1+2 is a good keep out tool to use, if you know how to space it so that it hits at tip range, making it almost impossible to punish on block
Would you say Reina’s perfect electric motion ( skipping the down input) would be an easier way to wavedash or should I just go practice doing the normal wavedash input
Im one of those people that find it easier to do the full motion, i would say practice the regular wavedash so you’ll have no problem doing it with Jin and Devil Jin too
I noticed you move your thumb around quite a bit to always be pressing with the tip of your finger. Do you feel this is better than what I do, which is more just shifting my thumb to press the different directions? Like, I press right and up with the tip, but I press down and right with the meatier middle part of my thumb.
Good evening, thank you for the tutorial in this video. Can I use it on other characters other than Reina etc.? For example: Leo - Law - Lee - Lili - Lars -Leeroy?. Good evening :)
My problem is the 3 step n I keep practicing but to no avail I can’t get it….and I rage when I see someone else doing it effortlessly n it’s LITERALLY the only flaw in my game cuz Ik kazuya inside and out but…I fail

Haha Ty, King 1.5 is a mishima 2 now

Lambkin with the wavedash guide let’s go

The controller is bigger bro
. I had a hard time transition to ps5 controller too
@ I’m on stick since this comment , and also i finaly had a good wavu and KBD with dual sense

@@MilesMasonSinay focus on doing it slow and correct, and speed will come naturally with time. Every time you start messing it up, slow down :)
Is there a guide on sidesteps, sidewalks?
I was wondering if you could do a more offensive based video with pressure and game plan with law.

@@Lambkin-_- thanks for the help so far with the great videos

Hey lambkin, from the handcam it looks like you’re doing ➡️⭐️⬇️
Because in ps5 controller the side part of down button triggers forward for some reason. That's how I do it as well.

I think different techniques works better for different people :)

It only works for characters who has a wave dash mechanic. So reina, kazuya, Jin, devil Jin, king, hwoarang :)
My problem is the 3 step n I keep practicing but to no avail I can’t get it….and I rage when I see someone else doing it effortlessly n it’s LITERALLY the only flaw in my game cuz Ik kazuya inside and out but…I fail
Hello
So what if i eant to wave dash into just f3 or somethin?
