Good luck house hunting! Finding an accessible property that you can actually afford is so difficult. I'm on list for social housing for a large adapted wheelchair accessible property. Rare as hens teeth. lol

Thank you so much, Sarah. It really isn't easy, is it? I'm sure it will happen and for you too! Love your saying "rare as hen's teeth" haha.

Hope you guys get something, as me and Laura are trying to get one too, as Laura can’t do stairs due to recent illness, and it’s proving impossible

Thank you, Tommy! It's not easy, but we'll get there as will you and Laura! Fingers crossed that you find something soon. Take care.

It's like dating but worse feels so sad when a house you like is nothing like pictures of it!

Thanks, Casey. It really is disappointing when the house is nothing like the photos. Very frustrating!

I have a modular home and had a garage built. lots of property. but,,I'm in Ontario Canada. is there any modular homes there? may also be called permanent trailer parks?
I have lived in mine for 8 years and love it. these are nothing like regular trailers. they look like a nice bungalow 2 or 3 bedroom great size rooms 🏡

That sounds fantastic. I'm so glad you love your home. Unfortunately, we don't really have anything like that here. We also don't have have a lot of empty land here in the UK. It would be amazing if we could get something like that.

I've been thinking how amazing going to live in another country would be after it's safe for a year. Would you consider helping someone with a disability, plan out, or set up everything like, flat, caregiving, doctors maybe, etc.? Could this be something for your blog? I honestly think you could sell that idea. I know myself and many of the disabled community in North America would pay for that type of service.

That's a really interesting suggestion - thanks Casey! To be honest, it's not something we've thought about as it's never been brought to our attention. It is something to consider for sure :-)
