Hi, in my experiments I found the interior animation darks spots is more dark compared to interior render of the same spot. Why is that and how to overcome the difference please.
For me in terms of graphics and user interface, yeah D5 render is the best for architecture visualization. Just it is lack of animated trees for the previous version of D5. Not sure with the latest version I gonna try it later
Thanks for cool review. My main nconcern is, that D5 render is from China. So is it safe to use? -Does it contain any hidden function that transfer your datas to China? -I mean, is it totally safe to render my latest Gen 7 fighter in this?
As a sketchup user. The real question is is it better than enscape? I like the uv triplanar adjustment in d5. Adjusting in in skethcup with highpoly model just takes too much time & lags so much
Enscape is by far the fastest and the keywords for grass etc are brilliant, but in terms of the quality of output then Enscape is behind pretty much everything else.
The difference between Precise and Smooth preview modes is too large, I can't imagine I'd ever use Smooth in that state - other than that though it all looks awesome.

The drop tool is great, but what I have found is that some of the assets have origins that are placed in the middle and not the base.

Does anyone have an older version of d5 render? Prior to 2.0 or lower? My computer is super slow with the 2.4 version.

The results are AMAZING for sure - I downloaded that Cafe example model and it looked about the same in real-time as the final rendered image!
