i realize that ur ceiling with lighting was wavy. i faced the same issue when i render also

Waw i personally find the interior effect so hard to adapt to, therefore i try to not put it from the start cause i find the image to be soooo dark even after i put light

No you don't have to, you just have to apply different materials where you want it
